I had a great experience at The Oculist. I felt listened to and cared for. Their staff, top to bottom, were super thorough with information and gave me an opportunity for follow up questions. They also had a great selection of eye correction solutions. They had options ranging from stylish name brands to affordability. I would totally recommend them if you are looking for somewhere to get your eyes fixed up!

First time at Pearle Vision and I LOVED it. From check in with the receptionist to Dr. Patel. And Ramon assisted with my lenses and frames. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to my new vision home!

First time patient and lifetime now! Had a fantastic experience with the team from the reception to the follow through. I had no less than four internal service people helping me through my visit. Very good personal service re. I forgot my insurance card and the young woman at the front desk did her due diligence and found my insurance information to smooth over the intake. Also, had a great experience with the young med student who competently took through the initial screenings. Then of course Dr Smouse reconfirmed all the medical findings and we discussed my comprehensive treatment. Finally, I was helped to find appropriate frames and close out the appointment with success! 10 out of 10 stars!

The front desk girls were Fantastic, especially Jessica! The DR was very thorough and trustworthy. I will definitely be going back every year for my exams! Thank you for taking care of me, it was such a great experience!

Super quick service! Doctors are knowledgeable and patient while not wasting any time. They have good prices and have me in and out which is the best part. Good people and good atmosphere. Jorge helped me out and he definitely goes above and beyond in trying to help his patients. I’ve been coming here since 2014 and will continue.

I think he does a great job with all kinds of special cases, particularly head injury cases. We were referred for a possible developmental visual processing deficit. He did a TERRIBLE job from start to finish. I asked many questions & pushed & he was not able to provide answers or explanations. He gave us all kinds of exercises to do which just caused frustration & a decline in reading scores. Really disappointed in his care & lack of ability to explain what his "findings" were. I asked for a written report, which was a waste. It's a shame we don't have better services for children in our area.

Dr. Matthew Richardson is a great Optometrist. My first visit with him was very relaxed, yet professional. He was clear, concise, and very personable which put my mind at ease. Highly recommend.

Easy getting an appointment as a new patient. Greeted with enthusiasm. Intake person was kind and knowledgeable. Wait time was minimal and Dr. Wong was through and informative. I believe you receive what you project - Great experience from the first phone call to the actual appointment. Thank you guys for a great experience!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience here and recommend it to anyone in need of vision correction. Dr. Wong's level of professionalism and expertise is truly impressive. His sense of humor and wit helped alleviate any apprehensions I had. Now, three months post-surgery, my vision is steadily improving, and and it's the best surgery I've ever had. I regret not having chosen this path sooner. The entire team is very professional and friendly.
