After seeing seven Eye doctors in two years for my vision loss, I found this doctor and went to see him in January 2023. He was the first and only one that identified the reason for my vision loss. Because of him, I am not going to go blind, and he probably and potentially saved my life. This man that not only has the professional expertise to make a diagnosis, but he also has humility and humanity, to tell someone that they need additional assistance from the medical field. I cannot praise this man enough, and I hope that if you are looking for a guy Doctor Who treats more than just your eye, and cares about you holistically, I cannot recommend this man enough.

This was the absolute best eye appointment I’ve ever had. Niq was just amazing. So knowledgeable, kind, caring, honest, helpful and most importantly personable. She definitely went above and beyond to help. Her personality totally brightened my whole day. Thank you Niq! See you soon for pick up!

My mother had an appt at 930 just for a contact lens exam and was still not seen by 1045!!! At this time we were told insurances were still being verified and when we said we would pay out of pocket at this point were told the costs need to be verified and still needed to wait. We endedup leaving after not being called for almost 2 hours. So unprofessional

Dr. Floyd is very patient and caring. She takes her time to give you full attention during the eye examination, and will make the best recommendation for contacts and/or eye glasses. She cares about her customers. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They will handle and process all your transactions with your insurance co. They go the extra mile. Thank you for your outstanding service. 👍😁

This optometrist is the worst eye dr. Ever. She wrote my daughter's eye glasses prescription wrong. I paid over $200 and after a week of pain for my daughter' eye. I went back to her. She denies it and said my daughter eye changed within 2 weeks. !!!!! and wrote another correct prescription. My husband had to go back and forth 3 times between her and the eyeglasses store after she blamed the store technician. This dr is the worst and has no integrity. Do yourself a favor and find another professional, qualified one. Honestly, because of this dr. My husband who has blood pressure felt sick today because of this. And iam going to file a court complain against her.

I am annoyed by the situation I had to go through on the day of my appointment, the receptionist was very rude to me (patient) asking me to leave my two minors outside without any supervision because they were not allowed inside with me, which it bothered me so I left the place. When they make the reminder call they should let the patient know that they can’t take other people to accompany them so that way we avoid this situation, I know that it’s not just getting worse like with other patients and they should take that into account.

I love driving but my eyes started to see the lanes distorted and crossed. I went to a few optometrist but none were able to fix my eyes until I visited Li & Liao Optometry. It was amazing! They gave me back a normal look at the world and I am able to drive again. I have now been there for years and never experienced the staff or doctor having a bad day. They have a ready smile when you enter the door, they are kind and patient. The doctor takes the time to sit and explain what is happening to your eyes and what procedure is needed to help them work at their best. Thank you all at Li & Liao Optometry.

Took my baby and the wait was a all day event, they did not keep to the appointment time. Everything is very outdated, it took a month if not over a month just for them to give me documentation of the appointment that had taken place. I'm sad to say i wouldn't recommend this place at all. Also no parking rude employees as well. Mind you i was respectful and was still disrespected.

This place is a nice place the doctors are so nice but the 2 reception at the front they are irresponsible at points. I paid for my glasses over the phone and had a balance and when I came in my balance was even higher and I asked her why is my balance that high and she said I had to resubmit the payment so I asked her why didn't they call me , why did they wait 2 weeks later till I came in to tell me about my payment and the guy that was there in the front he was being a smart-ass and going to say what we was just waiting for you to come here. it would have been more customer service and patient-friendly if you would have called me and informed me because I would have came faster and handled the situation they made me have the worst experience ever if I have to come back there I will not especially if those two are in the front with the same attitude they need to learn how to talk to people and not be a smartass. So I'm giving a 👎👎

Read the mixed reviews before my appointment but I was pleasantly surprised with today's exam. The lady at the desk and another lady in the office were very friendly and accommodating. The tech was caring and the doctor I had took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. Little wait and outstanding experience. Highly recommend based on today's appointment!

My experience was very good Dr. Paul Sforza was very detailed and explained and answered all my questions.
