To start with, I find Dr. Dolan to be professional and knowledgeable and I can’t leave out accurate . The staff is friendly and helpful whether it be for contacts or glasses. They do all they can to make your visit a good experience.

I would like to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the service and staff during my call and ask for some information. I guess they don't welcome new customer, go to other OD if you can find one in your area. I'm surprised they're having the same issues for years and still surviving.

The office closed today due to weather and they never informed me. I drove 30 minutes to get there and the office was locked. They have all kinds of automated emails and texts to confirm your appointment, but evidently nothing to let you know the office closed. Not very good customer service.

I needed contacts and an exam so I gave Dr. Dolan at 20/20 Vision a try. I travelled from the Flint area and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Dolan was very professional and made me feel right at home. As soon as I entered my optician Nick made me feel like family. When the exam concluded he helped me select my new contacts promptly and kindly answered all my questions. I'm confident when I need glasses that he'll get me exactly what I'm looking for and at a great value. With top notch care and excellent service 20/20 Vision in Rochester has become my new home for all my vision needs. Give them a try and they'll treat you like family as well.

For University of Maryland Eye Associates - Hospital Drive

Love these people and I have been seeing them for a long time. Some of them came from Hopkins. This is a hard job and it requires people with a big heart. So glad to have been seen at this location.
