I was, of course, a bit nervous about having surgery. Dr. Lukash is very patient and warm, and put me at ease. He was also readily available throughout the process. Dr. Lukash went out of his way to ensure not only that I was comfortable, but that I was also able to access aftercare with ease as I am not from New York. And the results—are far better than I could have imagined. I had a breast lift, and I can say in all honesty they look better than they did when I was 17—the shape is just beautiful. He is a dedicated surgeon, and an artist.

Very upsetting...my glasses have been sent back 3 times and they still can't get the bifocal right...tell me who puts a bifocal in the middle of the lens for distance. I've been wearing glasses since I was 4 and I'm the expert in how I should see. 250.00 paid and they don't give refunds. Don't know the name of my optometrist but I think she needs glasses. She tried to tell me what eye is more difficult...ummm their my eyes...ugh!!!

Very slow service. With only 2 people in line in front of me, it took over 10 minutes to check in. I did tests for almost 2 hours and was extremely uncomfortable to the point of tears, and the tech was inpatient with me during that. After waiting 30 minutes for the doctor when the tests were done, turns out, I did not really need to do those tests anyway. Then another 10 minutes to check out.

I don't know how many physicians practice there, so the only dr I'm referring to is DR Bradbrook. My second visit with him was extremely upsetting. I have been saying that I don't think my baby can see. He saw her once and said her pupils don't react to light. Had me come back 3 months later to say that he didn't see an optic disk. I said so what is the plan ? Is she missing them ? He said well I didn't see them but she wouldn't hold still. And he wanted me to just come back in 6 months. I flipped out had the office print a copy of her file I went to a different opthomolgist a week later and come to find out her eyes are perfect but her brain may be swelling. So tell me if that could have wait 6 months for a different appointment. He needs to retire.

I was going to be less than 5 minutes late, because I went to the wrong clinic on accident, mind you I would have been early if it was actually at that clinic. Well they went to talk to the doctor and she said she would not take me. I find …

Dr. Eric is compasionate, knowledgeable-skills up to date very proffessional!.. His staff is very friendly and kind. I enjoy this place very much, I wish I had found it sooner. Thank you guys keep up the great job!

I had to get an eye examination for DMV, cause have weak.eyes, and having no insuarence doc didn't charge me for that paper. Great reception, great doctors! I do recommend this place

I found Dr. Lukash to be an excellent surgeon and a doctor who is very concerned about his patients. He is a good listener and does whatever he can to make you feel comfortable. He is a warm and caring doctor and I highly recommend him.
