Saw Dr Myers today for the first time. Office was very efficient and Dr Myers was professional and knowledgeable and caring. I will go back. It was a good experience.

All of my nurse practitioners and my doctor were efficient, helpful, friendly. Jennifer was an absolute stand-out, explaining things about my eyes. Lena was very thorough and helpful too.

I had to get my glasses adjusted and my husband needed a new bow fixed. The staff were fast and did a great repair job. They didn't charge a penny! These services are part of their courtesy features to their customers. Great vision center!

My experience at this eye center was fantastic,from my initial phone call to make an appointment as a new patient. Norma, was professional and very efficient. I was able to get an appointment within a week of me calling. My wait time from my arrival was about 20 minutes. I was taken back for the preliminary tests and shortly after I was seen by the optometrist.He was nice, listening to my concerns and explaining everything in detail. That is important to me; being heard. I felt appreciated as a customer and the process of picking out my frames was also a good experience. I would definitely recommend this eye center to anyone who asks me. Keep up the good work team! There is also adequate parking right outside the building, a plus for sure.

We have gone here for about 12 years to try to find the best eye care since my son had a traumatic eye injury when he was young. In the beginning, the service was top-notch from his emergency services to his follow-up care. Now, they are understaffed and over scheduled. Plan to wait 2 to 3 hours for your appointment between testing they will have you do and seeing the actual doctor. The doctors are super busy so come with your questions ready to ask them. They are rushed and don't necessarily give you the time and attention you would want as a patient. Do I still think they are top notch? Pretty much, but like all healthcare, they are trying to spend as little time with each patient to get through the patient load each day.

Dr. Calix and her staff were extremely prompt - no waiting around here. They were all very polite and friendly. Dr. Calix is easy to talk with. She answered all of my questions in language that was easily understood and I felt completely at ease with her. Highly recommended.

Very very disappointed I have been getting service here for many many years and referred people there too but now it seems good customer service is declining 😌The receptionists were very rude talking to customer —one of them was very impolite answering questions with very bad attitude and initially refused to speak to my insurance company representative on the phone stating it wasn’t her job.United Healthcare rep on the phone even commented about this. Need good i service Re customer service and communication Not sure if this was due to staff shortage or lack of manners. Very frustrating and disappointing. Will reconsider future appointments because today’s visit was totally a waste of precious time for me☺️😊

Been trying to find a place for my glasses, and good thing I found this place. The service was so great! As a shy person, I feel comfortable choosing my glasses and don’t feel any pressure at all. Staff and doctor here are the best! Recommend it.

I underwent LASIKs and I was so nervous about the process. The day of the surgery I got there and everyone was kind and courteous. Dr young did my LASIKs and it was quick and easy. Only had mild discomfort afterward but went straight to sleep and when I woke up about 4 hours later I could see with no glasses needed. Dr young also called to check on me Saturday afternoon to make sure I was doing alright. Great patient care!
