This is THE BEST vision care I’ve ever received. Every single employee was helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient! The doctor was incredibly skilled and thorough. I was even able to quick order my glasses and got them same day!

Exceptional service and care! I had an emergency with something in my eye and they accommodated and scheduled me immediately. They were able to remove the debris. Great group and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an Eye Care center.

Dr.Rick Abelson is an excellent optometrist! He gets my eyeglasses prescription just right. I always appreciate the extra time he takes to adjust my new glasses so they fit securely/properly when they arrive. Sima and Dahlia in the front office are excellent as well and they always are very helpful and informative. Also they offer some really neat glasses frames for both prescription sunglasses and normal eyeglasses! Thank you so much to the team at Gateway Village Optometry!

My son had gotten a piece of metal in his eye. I called his ophthalmologist office and was told they wouldn't be able to see him because they were"out of the office". I called Dr. Laverys office and we got in that afternoon. We had never been to her before. She did an excellent job removing the metal, we had follow ups with her and I couldn't of been more impressed. She and her staff answered all of our questions and took a lot of time with us. I never felt they were"rushing" us thru. We will continue to go to Dr. Lavery for our eye care needs.

lousy customer service. ve been emailing for 2 weeks now for assistance. Still waiting.played phone tag w some lady called n left her msg,still no reply... DO NOT RECOMMEND

My family has gone there for over a 6 years, but reliability and customer service has gone down consistently since the pandemic. Last year they messed up my husband's glasses with the wrong measurements and this year they got mine wrong. I was told a rush would be put on them and it would be another 1-2 weeks to get them-very apologetic. Last week I called on Thursday (2 weeks in) and they said by the end of the week I'd have them. Today (Tuesday of week 3) I called and I was told it would be at least another week. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Two Stars because the Doctor was friendly, will update if it turns out to be the wrong script vs. measurements.

Dr Thielke is a great guy, helping with all my care and there to answer all my questions. Always calm and reassuring to help reduce any anxiety I am feeling. A great sense of humor. To be honest he is the only Dr I see that don't cause my blood pressure to rise. I like him for many reasons and has earned my total trust as my overall care provider. Thank you Dr Thielke
