A professional, but warm optometrist's office, bolstered by a team of doctors and staff. They do a rigorous eye exam and use some of the newest technology to make sure your eyes are in good shape AVE WILL REMAIN THAT WAY. Their staff is SUPER friendly, and their lines of designer glasses are extensive (not expensive!) Their staff goes out of their way to help you register and check you in, which reduces time spent, paperwork, etc. The doctors are knowledgeable, caring, funny, and personable. They really are a great resource for keeping your vision in great working order.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Kao and her staff at Optimal Vision Optometry. Dr. Kao is so friendly and knowledgeable and offers so many options that can cater to your personal needs. She's very thorough in her exams and explanations about what's going on with my eyes. She's very personable and relatable and honest when you ask her questions. The customer service from her staff is amazing as well. Miguel was so great in helping me figure out what types of contacts and frames would work best for me and they never try to sell or push anything on me. He helped fix my current frames to fit my face more comfortably and helped pick a new frame that would suit my face shape. His breakdown of what my insurance would cover was also very appreciated. I also love the use of their technology to call or text me back when they're unable to answer my call and when my items are ready for pickup. Overall, I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and care during my visit.

I had a terrific experience at Warby Parker today. I ordered new glasses and also had a few existing pair adjusted, and the entire visit was seamless and genuinely enjoyable. Chris was incredibly helpful—knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the process. I also want to thank Anakja (my apologies if I didn’t catch her name correctly), who has helped me in the past and is now one of the on-site optometrists. She was informative, professional, and a pleasure to work with. It was especially nice to be recognized as a long-term customer—those small personal touches really do matter. As always, Warby Parker’s eyeglass collection is outstanding, and their recommendations on frames were spot-on. A consistently excellent experience and a great reminder of why I keep coming back. 👓✨

Everyone here is fantastic. They made it super easy to understand everything and the procedure itself was quick. I’m not even 24 hours out and my eyes feel fantastic and I can see great. Thank you to the whole team!

This place is horrible 1st they have really bad customer service they will not try to help you. front desk needs to be replaced as soon as possible!!!! 2nd i had a made an appointment for my daughter here i was told i was going to receive an appointment confirmation i never did they were able to get an approval by her medical to get her eye exam properly done since she already went through a pediatric eye exam!!!!!!!! and that is something this people do not understand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i called them today 7/2/2025 to reschedule her missed appointment and all of sudden they can not see her i called my daughters medical and they got charged for an appointment were she was never seen!!!!! and now this DR CANT see her shame on you for charging medical and other insurances a co payment for appointments being made and not serving them!!!!!!!!!! mind you they cant see her because she is 5 years old and has autism they do not like dealing with kids with disabilities according to their DR

My experience with Dr. Gorham was excellent but the office staff was less than desirable. I was a patient who had two or three exams with this office and purchased contacts through their office. When my contacts arrived I did not receive a call that they had arrived and could be picked up. I picked up my contacts in mid May and cleared my balance with them at that time. Now mid September I get a bill with a letter attached to the bill which states that if I don’t call them immediately, my account would be charged an additional 5% and then turned over to collections. Problem is that I did not ever receive any previous bills to the September bill. I went into the office and and verified all my information was correct and then the front desk staff just started to make excuses and blaming me for not paying my balance. I attempted to speak with them in a civil manner but was just met with more blaming and excuses of “well that’s just the way we do things”. I DO NOT recommend this office simply because of the office staff! Dr. Gorham is great but because of the attitude of the office staff, they have lost a patient and customer.

The entire team here was top tier. Reception was cheerful and welcoming. Dr Jill and her team were very friendly and professional during the exam and happy to answer questions and explain things well. I also appreciated that the team didn't try to push me into buying anything. They let me know I didn't need glasses, but did let me see what a slight correction would look when I asked them out of curiosity. I decided to get a pair anyway (FSA accounts expire at year end) and again her team was very helpful in giving advice, answering insurance questions, and suggesting frames to try. Much appreciated since this was my first pair. 100% recommend going here.

Dr. Craig S. Bindi was the best! Not only did he do my SMILE Lasik surgery, but he also did my husband's PRK surgery about 4 years ago! After seeing for my self how life-changing the procedure was for my husband, I finally decided to go for it and called the Laser Eye Center of Silicon Valley for a free consultation. It's now been a week since my SMILE procedure and I am beyond happy with the results! It's still such a surreal experience to be able to wake up and see clearly without having to reach for any glasses anymore--it's the best! From the initial consultation to the actual day of my procedure, Dr. Bindi and his staff explained everything and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The staff is super friendly and professional. From the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted with smiles from everyone, which makes for a great experience! The office is also very beautiful. They recently remodeled and it makes for a very inviting space. Procedure: The day of my lasik surgery I was nervous, but the staff was very nice and comforting. They put numbing eyedrops and you don't feel a thing! I was most nervous about the laser doing its thing on my eyeballs, buttttt guess what? You really DONT FEEL A THING! You see a green light that turns into a laser and Dr. Bindi walks you through everything along the way in a way that makes you feel okay every step of the way. The procedure itself was less than 10 minutes, if that (about 3-4 minutes per eye) and I was able to walk out of there myself! BOTTOM LINE: If you are on the search for a laser eye surgery facility or you're unsure if you might be a candidate for lasik, I recommend you to check Dr. Bindi and his staff out!

Had a great experience at Huber Eyecare. I appreciate the amount time they spent answering all of my questions. Personalized service is becoming a harder thing to find. Thank you. To the person complaining about the prices… I think you are missing the fact that Huber Eyecare spent their time, energy, expertise and resources to help you find the right glasses. And then to thank them for all the personalized attention, you bought the same glasses online and left them a terrible review. Total exploitation of their services. The least you could have done is leave a nice review recognizing that they helped you find the right pair of glasses. Damn that is harsh!

I got my first pair of contacts today and I want to thank the amazing staff and Dr. Pham for this amazing experience. I started playing tennis at school and these contacts are going to help make that easier for me. I am so excited and recommend coming here!
