Dr M is very intelligent and is an excellent doctor . My husband and I had torn retinas. She performed a total of three successful surgeries on us . We are grateful .

Great yearly exam with Dr, Chan!… quick, friendly , personable and professional…..sure they try to add on extras but its your choice in the end,…although they book alot of pts at same time it did move quickly and i never felt rushed …. Quality time spent by DR…….

It’s been one week since I had Lasik eye surgery with Dr. Faktorovich at the Pacific Vision Institute and I am still in disbelief that after over 20 years of using glasses, I now have 20/15 vision in both eyes! I have three small children so it was important for me to be able to recover and see quick. Thanks to Dr. Faktorovich and her team I was already reading street signs on the very same day of the surgery! By the next day I was already driving, and completely normal! Since the day of my surgery, I have had no issues and I am grateful at how quickly and painlessly Dr. Faktorovich was able to get me perfect vision. Not only is Dr. Faktorovich an amazing Dr. and truly great at what she does, but she also truly cares for her patients. She took her time to answer every single one of my questions and made me feel so comfortable. Every time I went in for my consultations, the entire staff in the clinic was so kind and very welcoming. Even through the surgery the entire team calmed my nerves and made me feel much more relaxed and reassured me that everything would be okay. I feel like part of the Pacific Vision Institute family! The bed side manners from everyone in this office were absolutely amazing. The procedure itself took no longer than ten minutes and believe me when I say that I did not feel an ounce of pain throughout the entire process! I honestly can not think of anything wrong to say about my entire experience. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about lasik eye surgery to come see Dr. Faktorovich and all her amazing colleagues and staff because you will be in great hands!

LASIK is amazing! But this review isn't about the wonderful medical science but about the AMAZING service I received from Dr. Ella Faktorovich and Pacific Vision Institute (PVI)! From the very first consultation, PVI made me feel welcomed and excited to be under their care. The office staff are warm and professional, always donning a smile while being attentive to your visit details. The office itself is beautiful, well-designed to create a relaxing environment. It is not your average doctor's office. During my consultation to determine if I was a candidate for LASIK or PRK, I was educated on the procedure itself and underwent ocular testing. Dr. Faktorovich reviewed my results and signed-off on me being an eligible candidate for LASIK. I was excited! I then met with Dr. Faktorovich where she reviewed my test results with me. I was impressed that there were so many different test results she went over with me, and it made me feel comfortable, her showing me why I qualify as a LASIK candidate. One thing to note is I felt at-ease continuing this process because I could feel the passion she has for LASIK, and Dr. Faktorovich conveyed her knowledge of LASIK to me. The biggest reason why I am recommending PVI is because Dr. Faktorovich was so candid. She introduced the risks of LASIK without me having to ask and took the time to have this candid conversation with me. She made sure I left PVI having all of my questions answered. Ironically, I had no questions because she covered the gamut with no stones unturned. Writing this review has put a smile on my face because I genuinely had a lot of fun with PVI! But let's get to the good stuff: the LASIK procedure! PVI made sure I knew exactly how procedure day would go, and it went exactly as planned. I had no anxiety entering the procedure suite as PVI made sure I was comfortable. The procedure itself is really quick, and I 'm sure this is in-part due to Dr. Faktorovich's many years of experience! She's a LASIK veteran for sure! I felt no pain or discomfort during the procedure, and Dr. Faktorovich's calming voice as she talked through the procedure steps added to the relaxed environment. When the procedure was done, my vision felt like a movie dream-sequence, hazy but everything was visible! PVI arranged for transportation home for me to rest and recover, and by the late afternoon, I was at the gym, being very careful of course avoiding getting sweat in my eye as instructed! I know this has been a long review, but I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing Pacific Vision Institute is. Without reservation, I recommend you entrust your eyes for this wonderful procedure to Dr. Ella Faktorovich and Pacific Vision Institute! I had LASIK with Dr. Faktorovich earlier this year, right before my trip to Korea. This was the best decision ever. I was able to enjoy my trip without glasses, contacts, and solutions. I felt free and my vision was outstanding. I could see better than my GF, and she does not need to wear glasses. If you are considering LASIK, you should check out Pacific Vision Institute. This is an outstanding clinic with top notch doctors who are more advanced than any other clinic I have looked into when I was making my selection of a LASIK doctor. I am glad I chose them and have referred my friends there with everyone experiencing the same outstanding results I have.

The doctor was rude to me and the entire experience felt more like a car dealership/ upsell rather then an eye doctors office. Suggesting unnecessary and expensive procedures, even when told no. I finished my appointment here and left to go to LensCrafters for my frames and had a much better experience with their team.

Dr. Amy Tran was very informative and took time to explain eye health in detail. She answered all the questions I had and even have me great referrals for specialist eye doctors. Kayl was also very helpful in picking out frames that matched my face shape and personal style! Highly recommend!

I usually never write reviews but Looksie Optometry was INCREDIBLE! The ladies here are the nicest, sweetest people and made an effort to make me feel so comfortable and at home, I almost couldn’t believe it. This is truly and amazing business. I went in looking for a pair of glasses (I already had a prescription) and had already looked at a couple other places with no luck and I was feeling pretty dejected. I walked in and their office is beautiful, and very aesthetically pleasing. They had their frames scattered about the room and I was invited to browse as I pleased and to pick up anything I liked. I consider myself bad at picking glasses for my face, and was pretty wary of what to pick out. The optometrist herself came up to me and offered to help, and immediately started picking things off the shelf for me. She helped me sort my frame options by color and shape, and sat with me to give me her honest opinion on the glasses. She helped me figure out what looked good on my face, steered me away from pairs that didn’t, and helped me pick out a color that I think looks great, if I do say so. She was very real with me and gave me the time I needed to make a confident decision. I feel very honored by the treatment and service I received at Looksie, I felt very respected the entire time. Thank you to everyone there! You were all amazing! Oh, and I would also like to add they had several frames from small local glasses companies, which matters a lot to me. The frames I got are from Andy Wolf, a sustainable glasses company, which I thought was really cool!

I always look forward to my annual visit with Dr. Klufas! She is so kind, professional, and down to earth, and my visits are always super efficient. Her staff is also incredible. They are really helpful when choosing a new pair of lenses and always seem like they're having the best time! I highly recommend making your next eye appointment with Dr. Klufas!

Dr Martha is The best eye dr in town. I've been with her for years. She is so kind, and never pushes unnecessary treatements . Her team especially Jason are wonderful

Beautiful new building, wonderful ophthalmologists, deducting 2 stars because if you have an urgent problem they don't accommodate same day or next day appointments. Also, if you call, you need to navigate thru so many options it takes forever to talk to someone.
