I love the selection here as well as friendly, thorough service. Reps are amazing at knowing which frames to suggest that will fit each person and are extremely knowledgeable in the process and materials used for frames. My most recent experience landed me gorgeous Christian Dior frames and an incredibly thin lens for my prescription. I also appreciate all the help with insurance. Can recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Osterloh for about 15 years. He has been the most courteous, knowledgeable and friendly Dr. I have Had. I highly recommend him all your eye care needs.

I see Dr. Bloch and he’s amazing! He always has time to listen to you, very throughly checks your eyes and he’s funny. Great ladies at the desk! Happy to have found him and his continued care!

I made an appointment for an eye exam @3:40pm. Came on time, but still have to wait 1 hr before the doctor can see you. No explanation. No sorry. What is the point of the appointment? Horrible service.

Store is welcoming, big selection, nicely laid out and the staff is excellent, from a friendly hello when you walk-in to your initial exams you’re put at ease. Then you can puruse the eyeglass selection and prices are laid out so there’s no surprise. Dr. Alice Kim is thorough and is so professional and kind then the team of spectacle professionals like Hilda bring it all home with their expertise and dedication to customer service. I’m a customer for life.

I can’t say enough great things about Lowcountry Eye Care and the lengths that they took to make sure my little had her glasses for the first day of school. Our appointment was quick and easy and the selection of children’s glasses was great. With school quickly approaching and a tiny delay, the staff, and Dr. Joe specifically, truly went above and beyond by hand delivering her glasses to our home the night before school started. We greatly appreciated the amazing customer service, and had a very happy girl on her first day of school!

Dr. Thielke couldn’t be a better combination of technical expertise and conviviality. Makes even hard truths easier to hear.
