Had cataract surgery all went well. Getting ready to get the other one done. Dr Kennedy is awesome.I had no problems with any staff nembers. However the wait time is too long .i have someone waiting for me because I cannot drive the next day after surgery and they are stuck waiting too long as well. . Only negative is the wait time otherwise I would give 4 stars.

Awesome service, went into ask if they could fix my broken Maui Jim ear piece. They fixed it for me for free! This was a temporary fix, until I had time to send it back to Maui Jim repair and get it permanently taken care of. This way I can wear my favorite sunnies on vacation and then send then into repair later.

Doctor Belgrade was very professional and answered all my question to where I can understand and I will definitely be going back and recommend all my family and friends.

I had a pretty meh experience. I went in looking to get help finding contacts that work for me, having tried a couple times in my life to wear contacts but always finding them uncomfortable. I explained this to the optometrist, she handed me some contacts and said "here try these" then sent me on my way. She didn't answer any of my questions or do much to help me try out different types of contacts and brands.

Dr. Karen Schoene has been our family eye doctor for over 30 years. She is very thorough with your eye exam and she is caring, compassionate and professional. She’s number one for eye care for us and our friends who we sent there.

Me and my dad have been going there for many years. Dr Nguyen is a real good Optometrist and very nice. Cristine the manager is very nice, knowledgeable and professional and so is her assistant Jihan. They have real nice glasses to pick from and good prices. I highly recommend them.

I am so pleased with the care I have received. Dr. Crabtree is wonderful. His assistants are so kind.

Have been seeing Dr Pete Schmid for years. Always provide excellent care. I appreciate him listening and helping me through concerns. The staff at Clear Visions Streetsboro provide excellent service.

He and his staff were wonderful. This is an awesome place to have the whole family's exams done.

I have been to Eye Centers of Southeast Texas SEVERAL times. Each time the wait was at least 45 minutes to an hour. Once called back the staff was friendly but Dr. Hensel only showed up for enough time to look in my eyes, spout off a few big words to her assistant about what she saw, and then she was gone. Every time her solution to my eye troubles was "come back in 4 weeks- in the meantime no contacts and go buy some rewetting drops at Walgreens." This has been going on for about a 9 months now with no change in my eyes or no new solution from Dr. Hensel. After calling to reschedule an appointment and them telling me they will have to call me back to reschedule- they never did. Today I called yet again and was able to speak to a very rude African American woman who told me they are closed on Fridays and when I told her I would have to call her back when I was not driving she hung up on me. I will never be going back.

Dr. Sagalow is an attentive, professional and personable optometrist. I rate his service 10 ot of 10. Been going to him for close to 10 years and recommend him to anyone.
