She examined my grandsons eyes He’s on the autism spectrum and she was so kind and gentle with him. She was also a wonderful optometrist. His vision was 2020 but because he’s on the computer or his phone so much she gave him glasses that would help prevent the glare from hurting his eyes. I highly recommend her..

I've seen Dr Haug for almost 30 years. The staff here is so friendly. Diagnostic equipment is modern. Frame selection is good and stylish. Dr Haug is very knowledgeable. The office is nice and inviting. Will recommend anyone looking for a optometrist to come to this office. They treat you like family.

From the moment I walked into the store, I was helped immediately. The exam was painless, stress free and comfortable. The doctor did not keep me waiting and I felt like I was making the right decision when it came time to pick out some frames and sunglasses. Lorena was knowledgeable and super friendly. I had a great time today at my eye appointment!

I made appointment for 9 am well in advanced for a preop visit (anticipated eye dilation) and arrived 15 minutes early - before doors were open. I did not get roomed to see the doctor until 930 am. Eye dilation did not occur until after 10 am. Visit did not conclude until after 11 am. This is ridiculous. There were other patients also booked for 9 am it seemed but were there for routine eye or contact lens exams. Triage is poor considering my eyes needed to be dilated, so of course I would have to wait for 30 after drops instilled. It would have made more sense to 1 see me on time and 2 before other patients who would not need to have eye dilation (since I will be waiting idly allowing doctor to see someone else during that time period). People cannot be expected to give up entire business day mornings in this inefficient manner. The doctor otherwise seemed very knowledgeable and caring.

Great experience, Dr. Nguyen's exam was very thorough and explained with detail. Nicole was very patient and helpful with the frames options. Keep coming every year!!!!

The care and service received by the Dr.was outstanding. The Doctor was very professional, kind and really listened to the patient's needs. Dr. went out of her way to help out. I'm extremely grateful for all the help and kindness received by Dr. Terilyn.

I took in my glasses for new prescription. I paid a lot of money fro my Prada glasses and I got them back with a different color frame from insight optometry. I don't recommend for btand name glasses specially if the frame gets botched changed to a different color. Don't bother taking them in go somewhere else.
