Went in for a routine eye exam and was extremely happy with the service received. Dr. Terilyn Thach is very caring, patient, helpful, and is passionate about her job. She answered all my questions and concerns. I felt very comfortable and my appointment didn't feel rushed. I have been to other optometrists in the area and this is the best one.

First time patient had a great experience. Not only is the technology up to date but Maria and Dr. A are personable and know their stuff. Will definitely be back and bring my daughter when she is of age. Thank you all!

I always look forward to my appointments at Beyond Optometry! Dr. A provides exceptional service and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel cared for and informed. The staff is also fantastic and their attention to detail is evident throughout the entire process, from the thorough eye examination to the personalized treatment recommendations. They have a fab selection of stylish, designer eye wear and I always receive compliments for my new frames/sunglasses. Love this place!

First time patient and was very very pleased. The whole staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Ardakani was fantastic as well as Jasmin. Maria was incredible helpful and I will absolutely be returning for the foreseeable future.

Dr. Saini is great. The medical technicians are also superb. The receptionists are excellent. And Lori (the optician) is great as well. What’s not great about the Escondido office? (1) You can’t get to the receptionists or Billing by phone; all calls go to an answering service and your message goes to a black hole. (2) Billing errors pointed out by the patient get fixed - then recur - for over a year! (3) The web site’s pages have not all been updated with accurate Friday office hours or the address of the new location. Dr. Grasso, who was outstanding, has left this practice. And now, so have I.

I have been trying to contact this office for 3 days so that I can pay my bill. An answering service always answers the call and informs me they will contact the billing office. After 3 calls and 3 days still mo call back. .

I went while pregnant as I had significant vision changes. The dr. Told me she cannot give me an eye exam because it was my pregnancy causing the vision changes and it would go back to normal after I had baby. She also harassed me about the brand of contacts I wear and in a non productive way lectured me. Now about 1 year later I am receiving a bill for services that I never received.

I went in to order glasses, the frame that I picked was a lot more expensive than the one I had previously ordered. The doctor was very accommodating and he price matched the higher price with the lower one. Best customer service! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely go back again!

I have to say the experience I had with Nick the Manager was wonderful. I was there for my son and my husband. I left with getting glasses for my son and myself. When we came back we ordered them for my husband too. Nick even honored a referral for my friend and made her year. Her son got a wonderful looking pair of glasses. I was very impressed with how much he knew and the time and patience he had with our family. My son wasn't being the most patient and Nick never let on. We will be back for sure.

I had a very wonderful experience! My appointment was at 5:15 and I was checked in by Cassie right on time! Front staff very friendly. Nick the manager was very helpful and even had my rx glasses done within 10 minutes no need to wait for them to arrive. I was very very impressed. I would recommend it to anyone. Price is very reasonable and I didn’t feel like they were upselling anything! 🙏

Dr. Sit and his staff are absolutely wonderful. He is incredibly informative, accommodating, and communicative. I love coming here and knowing that I am in good hands, love everyone in this office and I recommend him to everyone I can. He even takes my rare genetic condition into account, there is no one I would trust more with my eye health and care.
