My first visit with Dr Adams. She was very professional and easy to talk to. She explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. It was a good experience.

I have been going to insight vision center for 20 + years with my whole family. The doctors, assistants and the professional staff are great. The doctors and the staff always show interest in us. We are all treated as individuals and not just some number. We love going there every year and also in between if we have any problems. We are very grateful for everything they do and hope to keep going there for a long time with our visuon problems.

Overall a very comfortable setting and they have always help their patients feel as comfortable as possible. I thought that through the entire process I was given a sufficient/extensive amount of information whenever I needed it. I never felt that any of my questions were too small or unimportant. I was always provided by Fateh suggestions to continue to ask any questions if needed before my procedure took place. Thank you Insight team!

Dr. Maxwell has been my opthalmologist for decades! He takes his time with me and never feel rushed. The office staff and checking in is very efficient. Never have to wait long to be called to the back office...

I was treated with utmost professionalism and excellent care. From the receptionist (Cynthia) to Gillian to Dr Strum. They all made me very comfortable and relaxed. I was afraid I was going to go blind since I had ballooning conjunctiva but Dr Strum reassured me it was all part of a severe allergic rxn to the foreign body. He gave me the appropriate drops for it and I already feel better. Dominic Dizon

After failed cataract surgery that gave me retinal detachment. I search for a year to find a good Doctor Who can help me so I found eye Medical Center Fresno and I was directed to Dr. Prescott. He performed the surgery that slowly, but surely is giving me my vision back again I’m very grateful the staff very friendly, I took my 89 year old mom there as well Dr. Teasley made my mom feel at ease when she helped her to Dr.Teasley,Dr. Prescott, top-notch Thank you, both

I was disappointed today in the service that I got 09/28/22. I was line and first to get service, but it went another person I sat there for a good 30 minutes waiting for help. This lady walk in and got help right away. All the other people act that like I was a bloody ghost, it is not until I got up to leave they decided to help me.

Dr Holt is great! Love how thorough they are for my young child with 6 month follow ups since they grow so quickly. The office takes a long time, count on 1.5-2+ hours.

First time visiting the Clovis Eye Q office for my baby boy’s appointment and went better than expected. He was seen in less than two hours. Dr Holt does great with eye exams and is quick and efficient. The staff was nice and welcoming too. Oh and if needed, they also have a quiet room you can use if available.

Worth the wait. Check in on the machine 5 stars. My child just turned 3 and his appointment was 2 1/2 hours and there were numerous employees that assisted him and every one of them got 5 stars from my child and me. I would rate higher if I could. Dr Holt was phenomenal, amazing, took his time, thorough, patient, and just fantastic. My child has to have surgery and I am totally put at ease knowing Dr Holt will be his surgeon that is how much I LOVE this place. You guys ALL ROCK from the bottom and f my heart ❤️
