My Grandmas appointment was at 10:30am we weren't seen until 11:23am and once we were called back they just asked how her eye was made her read a chart and sent her to another room to wait again. Their response to justify the wait times was "It's always like this". I think the Dr. Shouldn't take that many appointments if she can't handel it.

I recently had a visit at Bonita Point Family Optometry and I must say, it was a great experience. Dr. Henry Kikunaga was my optometrist and he was extremely knowledgeable about my eye health. What I appreciate most about him is that he still maintains the same level of trustworthiness that he had when I began seeing him almost 10 years ago. He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to explain everything in detail. I highly recommend Bonita Point Family Optometry and Dr. Henry Kikunaga to anyone in need of eye care.

I am new in town, and I chose Bonita Point Family Optometry after reading the great reviews online. All 5 stars! Now, I understand why! I was very impressed by the professionalism of Dr. Kikunaga and his staff. Dr. Kikunaga was very kind, friendly, attentive, and thorough. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been going to this office for 52 years. My family and I (at the age of 6) started with Dr. Smith when he was the only practicing optometrist and continued with Dr. Mason when Dr. Smith retired. My grandparents and parents also went to Dr. Smith and then Dr. Mason. So, we think this practice is pretty great! Dr. Mason will always take his time with you whether it's your annual exam or a problem that has come up. Maggie and Patti are the best, as is Ruby and the rest of the staff. Very knowledgeable, competent and always ready to assist the patient. Making an appointment is a breeze, whether you do it through their web site or on the phone. This is a practice you don't see too often these days. Professional and caring. Willing to go the extra mile to assist you and will refer you when a problem is beyond the scope of their services. We consistently recommend this practice to our friends. My husband now sees Dr. Mason and we will continue to go to this practice as long as it exists.

Dr Castillejos is an excellent and caring professional that took amazing care of my eyes’ health. His staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him for your eye health needs.

Was here a few times now driving my mother to her appointments. They do get busy and often it took us over 2 hours sometimes 3 hours waiting then being called and more waiting in between. Staff are nice though and doctor Castillejos is very nice, he's always smiling and takes time to greet family members accompanying patients, with a hand shake. 🙂 Not all doctors do that. Parking isn't a problem too.

Dr.David Castillejos attend his patients with excellent services. I 'm happy with his service he explains step by step how i need to take care of myself. His suggestions benefit my life experience. Also I can say it with lots of love but i appreciate the attention of his team work. They treat you with respect just like a normal human bean. Dani and Alex were the most remarkable staff possible. They were patient, pleasant and amazing. Besides the warm and hospitable atmosphere these two individuals created the price of this store for x-mas ,are give away prices. I paid in full before they changed their minds. Everywhere I shopped I was being quoted $600 on up, but here at BRILLEN I was only charged $134 for the same glasses. W0W. Thank you girls!!!!

The Chula Vista store is located in a mall.The easiest to find the place is to go to Maceys and it's directly across from there.Dani the customer service Rep. Was awsome.You would think she was understaffed but her ability to multi task while attending to your needs is rare.The eye exam is a telemed.However,The Dr. Took the time to explain everythin.Encouraged questions and patiently explained every thing in detail.The frame selection was surprise good since I paid a total of $121 dollars for 2 pair of glasses one with anti glare coating.I highly recommend Brillen.Thanks Danni

Everyone working in this store is honestly so nice and easy to talk to. They explain everything to me so well and they were so helpful. We came a couple minutes late to my moms appointment due to getting lost, but they were so nice about it and worked in a fast and timely matter. Their pricing for their glasses are also really good and affordable. Overall a great experience.

No wait, literally less than 5 minutes. High tech paperwork on a tablet…less than a minute. Happy staff, kind Doctor, nice equipment and rooms. I was very happy and impressed.
