Took excellent care of my little girl!! My husband went with her but he said he was patient and kind. I truly appreciate it because my daughter is so scared of doctors and to hear she had a good visit is HUGE for us so THANK YOU from the staff and the doctor thank you so much!!!!

Great fast and friendly service. Front desk staff is very friendly and caring. I was very pleased from the moment I gave them a call to schedule my appointment to when I left after my appointment. Great prices too! Dr. Oku is a very caring Doctor. He treats his patients right and makes everything comfortable. He's also great at conversating and making your visit actually fun. Definitely will return and recommend Dr oku to anyone seeking a great visit to the Eye Doc!

Dr. Chickos did a very thorough exam and went above and beyond to get my prescription just right as a gal with pretty severe astigmatism in one eye. Her office is somewhat old school but they were able to get me in quicker than any other optometrist I tried. She also recommended I go back to a previous ophthalmologist for an issue I’d dealt with years ago. Overall, would definitely recommend!!

I showed up to my eye exam appointment this morning, on time in Wheat Ridge CO. I got all the text and email confirmations and confirmed I was at the right location. The staff there told me it happens often since they use a third-party eye doctor, but there was no doc scheduled there until 2pm. Staff was friendly (despite not even being able to get into their own store that day) but you lost a customer before I even got to try you out. Waste of my time. Only gave 2 stars because the staff was nice despite being locked out!

Everyone at NEOES is great. From Dr Marc Jones, who performed my surgery, to Dr Pipitone who does all my follow-up along with all the other staff, are all wonderful. Everyone is very professional and caring. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

My experiences with Dr. Taub and his staff have been outstanding, informative, curative, explanatory, professional, courteous, proficient and always a great time! I've been Dr. Taub's patient many, many years and have experienced the highest level of medical competency and professionalism in the industry. I have been seeing Dr Namavari for some eye sties that have been progressively getting worse for me. My eyelid even became infected and I was at risk for permanently damaging my eye. Dr Namavari was very thorough and has helped me greatly improve my situation. While my sties are not yet completely gone, I haven’t had any new ones and am still undergoing treatment at this clinic. Would definitely recommend this practice and this ophthalmologist.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Justyn, Maria, Carnely, Joyce, Veronica, Brandon and Dr. Ting and I can honestly say their service was nothing short of outstanding. They truly care about the patient’s well-being and went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported every step of the way. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. It’s rare to meet representatives who are this dedicated and genuine—thank you, Justyn and Maria, for your exceptional care and service!

The wonderful doctor who has treated me for some time recently joined this practice. He is such a phenomenal doctor I chose to follow him, but the way this practice is run is a nightmare. I recently had eye surgery, and have been having very painful symptoms for the past several days but cannot reach anyone to get an emergency appointment.

Unbelievably poor customer service. The Nob Hill location got my eyeglass order wrong. Okay, fine, whatever. But the way in which they got my order wrong was astounding, adding several options that I didn't want but neglecting to add the option that I did. As that location doesn't even have a manager (what??), approval to have this corrected or refunded needed to go through their NE Heights location. So they call over there. And I wait. I wait two days to hear back and nothing. Go back to the Nob Hill location, where they (again) call the Heights location and ask to speak to a manager. "She's at lunch." It was 2:30 in the afternoon. I'm assured I would be getting a call back, but nothing. Finally go to the Heights location myself, which is nowhere near my house, but it was obviously the only way I was going to get a response. Ask to speak to a manager. "She's at lunch." Do these people ever work? Is their lunch break 3 days long? Do they know how to operate a telephone? All valid questions. Finally obtain a refund, but no apology. It was then that I found out they were billing the *wrong insurance*. The same glasses, even with all the additional nonsense they added without my consent, were 1/4 the cost purchased through Eyeconic using the correct insurance. And finally we come to Christin. Christin is a woefully inept manager, without an ounce of customer service skills in her body. She ignored repeated attempts *by her own staff* to reach out to her over the course of several business days. The Nob Hill staff had no answers for her lack of communication. They called her, they texted, no response. As bad as she is at customer service, she may be an even worse manager. A really, really miserable experience trying to purchase glasses here. I have nothing but nice things to say about the clinical side of this business, but the administrative/sales side of this operation is god awful.
