Very relaxed office and great doctor! I was on a tight schedule and really needed to be seen that day and he got me in no problem. Very nice doctor!

I had a good experience. I felt safe with the friendly security guard. The staff inside was great and even though they were busy, they managed all the patients well. I really liked the doctor and felt he addressed all my concerns. Happy overall and they accepted my insurance.

Bernard and the rest of the team are exceptional. As someone that has a very high prescription and family history of bad eyes, his willingness to dive in and explain the nitty gritty of how to optimize comfort and script for my toggling back and forth between contacts and glasses - work and the outdoors. Go and see what it like to have a great experience!

Dr.Hale has examined my eyes for two years. He’s charming, but beyond that, he’s thorough and professional. Last year he told me I’m developing cataracts, and based on changes this year, he went into detail about what I can expect in the future. I hope I don’t ever have to see a different eye doctor. Also, his assistant was thorough and quite nice!

Dr. Sim has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced in the medical field. I was snapped at, disregarded, spoken in a very rude tone throughout my exam. She decided to flip my eyelids for some reason and forgot to flip them back! Painful! Seriously, steer clear if you don’t want to have a traumatic experience. Also, she was in gym tank top and tights - not professional. But not a big deal had she at least behaved as a medical professional.

Dr. Sim is the best optometrist! Her holistic approach allowed me to quickly resolve two different issues that had been plaguing me for over a decade. I couldn't recommend her more.

Recently on a trip to the Bay Area I needed to get my glasses adjusted. The Optician on staff, Isabella Granados took care of my glasses immediately and they were the best they've ever been. A great staff with knowledge and a place of nice ambience..

This store was excellent! The employees were very knowledgeable and kind, I didn’t have to wait at all. I walked in, went right in for my exam, and then I was instantly helped with frame selection. The optometrist is the best! I work in surgery as an RN, and I’m telling you, she was extremely bright, thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will recommend this store to everyone. The frame selection was really good too!! Seriously, if you need an eye exam, or are just in the market for new glasses/contacts, this is the place to go. Warby Parker on 4th St., Berkeley :) By the way, the prices were really good, and they expedited my glasses shipment on them, I didn’t have to pay extra for that.
