I will soon have new lenses in my two pair of glasses. I appreciate the fast and good work on both the refraction and the ordering process on the new lenses. Dr. Gibson did a nice job with both the refraction and our consultation. I was in today to arrange the new lenses and was very well treated . . . both fast and efficient!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bethel for over twenty years. She is personable, attentive, and caring. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Pflugerville is lucky to have such excellent eye care providers!

I have been to Dr. Kim for many years now. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. His assistant Brian is equally as qualified. Several years ago I had an eye emergency and he was my first call before any ER or ophthalmologist. He was spot on and concerned and made a follow up call. I recommend him to everyone I know in Fullerton.

The staff was exceptional! From the moment I walked in - I was immediately greeted and everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. They made sure I was comfortable and explained each process and procedure. I appreciate their patience and was pleasantly surprised at the customer service.

Dr. Corbin-Simon is a wonderful woman who provides excellent care. I felt so taken care of at the office and had a great experience. Everyone there is so warm and welcoming and the process of getting my glasses was super easy! I definitely recommend getting your eye exam/glasses from here! Love this place jane is the best, I do not have vsp anymore but I literally am paying now out of pocket just to go here. They really work with you and your needs, Jane never days no or something cant be done

I will never ever spend a dime there. We were rushed through our exam without filling out any paperwork after this "buyout" but I was told we were new clients. Then waited an hour to get called back. I was not told what each test was and what for. You're not allowed to look at frames at all unless you've already seen the doctor which is ridiculous when you're waiting for an hour just to see the doctor. Then when you get shuffled out because it's 4:45 and they want to leave, the owner told the person helping us to rush us along. We needed to pick something out or come back another day. I guess he's not in the money business because I spend no less than $500 on my glasses alone. Three people in my house have glasses. So now I'm screwed on my exam and have to wait another year to have legitimate office handle it. The person helping us was extremely embarrassed and apologized over and over. The staff was very nice but overall I felt like they were rushing through their book because they were short people.

Loved the front end service from the start. Very friendly office staff. Meeting the Dr was just as pleasant as well as my eye exam.

Dr Amy Horwitz is a great optometrist! Very experienced, knowledgeable and profesional. She took the time to examine, explain and answer all our questions. She made my daughter and I feel comfortable and at ease. She truly cares about her patients. Whether for myself or my daughters, every visit has been a positive experience!

I'm extremely pleased with Deerfield Optical. I had an updated prescription following my ophthalmology annual checkup. I worked with Laura who went above and beyond. I had some designer vintage frames and she recognized the brand immediately. She's so knowledgeable, professional. I had complete confidence in her her abilities I'm very happy with my new glasses and would strongly recommend their services. Also, their pricing is quite fair
