Wonderful experience! We took our 5 year old daughter for an exam and Dr John made her feel very comfortable. He has a great way with kids. And my wife also made an appointment and was very happy with her experience. Dr John is so knowledgeable and Becky at the front is incredibly helpful and pleasant. So happy we found this place!

I went here thinking I was going to get good service but instead after having my glasses for only a month the arm just came right off. The frames just seemed faulty. When I went to get them replaced I was told that they would only cover 60% with the protection. That insurance wouldn’t cover the rest. She also said that it looked like I just pulled the arms apart. How dare her acuse me of breaking these glasses. These glasses were expensive. I will no longer be giving them my service and will be sure to tell others not too as well. Very disappointed! If I could I would give no stars.

I had an emergency where my son has his contact stuck in his eye. We did not get the contacts from Visionworks but they were open later than my son's doctor so I called them frantic to please help. The office staff was so kind and told me to come in. The doctor went above and beyond and stayed late to help out my son and did get the contact out of his eye. All of this and we were not even patients. I will be moving our scripts over to this location from the superior care I received at such a stressful time. The office is also beautiful and spotless. I highly recommend this location. Dr. C and Darlana were absolutely amazing and saved our evening.

I have visited the practice twice, once in 2021 and again 2022. My eyesight is complex as I have no binocular vision. In all the years of attending eye exams only one optometrist in London was able to prescribe a workable solution. Now, thankfully, I have Dr Thuy Nguyen as his equally talented successor here in Montgomery. I no longer need fly to London. Dr Thuy impressed me with her rapid understanding of my dilemma. She was quick, efficient, understanding and very kind. The premises were kept in pristine condition and the service was highly professional. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Having worked in healthcare for over 30 years I recognize a professional staff. This office staff is kind and professional which makes them shine. It is always a pleasant experience visiting them. Dr. Margolis is both a lovely person and a fantastic physician. I feel lucky to have them providing my care.

We all love Dr. Patel; he is truly our family doctor. From the staff at the front desk, to the sales staff to Dr. Patel himself, they are warm, inviting and remember us and our unique care needs.

I have received great eye care from Dr Jones for years. I totally trust him with my eye care. He always takes time to answer all my questions and has very pleasant personality.

I had a very good experience at Vision Associates of El Paso. The staff was great. Special thanks to Dr. M. Reffell. He was very professional and attentive. It’s nice that we now have a location in east of El Paso.

Excellent customer service. Easy scheduling and quick fulfillment. Pretty much in and out. Technicians, opticians, and doctor all seemed knowledgeable and caring. Good selection of frames, too. Doesn’t hurt that you can also shop before or after appointment.
