This office always is great to work with. Needed an emergency appointment and they got me right in. Had a different doctor than usual but he was very helpful.

I’ve been coming to Eye Care West for years now, and I wouldn’t trust my vision to anyone else. Even after all this time, the level of care and professionalism is consistent and transparent. The staff is always welcoming, and the doctors take the time to explain everything clearly. On top of that, they have a great selection of frames, with a staff that is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend to friends and family!

I had a beautiful experience at my eye doctor. The minute I walked in I was greeted by the big smiles of the reception desk personnel. They were quick to find my info and get my examination done with the newest and latest technology. I was really impressed because this means that they are up to date with what is new in the optometry field. I was then next greeted by my doctor with a big smile and she explained my exam details. And I was very pleased. I was asked about the style of frames I was looking for and they had exactly what I wanted and the style and color that fit me and my personality. I was in and out of my appointment quickly.

Dr. Roth is truly remarkable. She provides the best care to her patients with the latest high-tech optical equipment. She carefully explains, in easy to understand terms, all the conditions and treatments.

My insurance covers one exam every two years. I went in and requested a basic exam. Then they go and bill me for $295. Greedy and dishonest.

Great experience. Great customer service. I believe the young lady's name was Priscilla who assisted me. She's a wonderful asset to your company and I look forward to seeing her on my next visit.

Matter of fact discussion about eyecare needs, without frills or sugarcoating. Great attention to details. I've seen many eye doctors, and I really wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I've never had a single bad moment in this office.

I’m writing this review in hopes that someone is helped. My son’s pediatrician recommended that he saw an Ophthalmologist and provided me with a list to choose from. It’s my fault for not asking more questions or checking reviews for the doctors on list. Instead, I just chose Windy Hill Ophthalmology because I was familiar with the area. But redflag #1, no one ever answered the phone, you’re directed to text a number to make an appointment who I later found out is Dr. Jeffries himself. I enter the office and immediately see it doesn’t say child friendly… I assumed it was the receptionist who checked me in, however it was indeed Dr. Jeffries. (One man show?) I had just drove my 16 month old son an hour to get to the 10:30 appointment, so I was giving him fruit snacks so he would be mostly cooperative during the assessment (fruit snack from the bag straight to his mouth by my hand to ensure none would fall). Dr. Jeffries, who seem not to understand the concept of giving a baby a comforting snack, asked me not to feed him because it causes ants…2nd redflag. I then asked him, do you see children here? His response was “depends”. I should have immediately left but I didn’t. This was my first time ever dealing with any eye issues as I have never had eye issues nor has my daughter. I should have asked way more questions but you live and learn. I pay the $50 co-pay and he takes us back. (I didn’t notice that every time I handed him something, he took it straight from my hand, but when he handed me something back, although my hand was out waiting for it, he sat it on the window sill opening never in my hand.) He is not very personable and definitely did not do well with my 16 month old. He had me hold my son down to put the drops in his eyes to dilate them which I didn’t find alarming because I hold him down for shots at the pediatrician. Once we came back in after the waiting period, Dr. Jeffries was not able to complete the assessment because he was not equipped to handle my crying child. When I made the appointment, he knew how old my child was because he asked for his date of birth. Could he not have given me the courtesy to say, I’m not a pediatric ophthalmologist and it’s likely I wont be able to assess him. Instead, he took my co-pay and will charge my insurance, where are the morals…ETHICS MUCH?…maybe he needed the money being a one man show and all. I just know now to ask more questions and when there are Redflags and i get those feelings from the beginning, walk away. At any rate, parents of toddlers, this is definitely not the ophthalmologist for your baby. He did tell me, I would likely need a referral in the form of a note to make an appointment with a pediatric Ophthalmologist so he wrote me a note and sent me over to Marietta Eye Clinic, I don’t know how true it is if I needed his note, but I plan to ask when we go to my son’s appointment. Proceed with caution and ask questions.
