My 102 year old grandma lost a screw from her frames and the lens popped out. The lady happily replaced it at no charge and cleaned the lenses for her. The glasses had not been purchased there but her next pair will be. Very nice!

Dr. Ronicha Azard Lin is so down to earth a great place if you’re looking for a new eye doctor. I will be returning again in the future. I can’t wait to get my new glasses!

They really want you to use self checkout. Only one register open and that gal is doing her best but seriously wal-mart? You're that cheap? Can't find stuff or shelves empty. Ignored by employee when suggesting opening another Lane

My mom just had her macular injection today. Unfortunately her doctor was out sick and the chaos was evident. I am not letting us sit in a room and wait long periods waiting for her injection. I have repeatedly explained her arthritis flares up and causes her great discomfort, and with her diabetes, the combo makes a big problem. I have asked them numerous times to please be mindful. But this was it today. Waiting lengthy periods of time between steps as we are seemingly forgotten, which has happened in the past and walk out 4 hours later after we went back to the examine room. I thought this new facility was suppose to prevent this. But this is the third time it happened and I have to open the door to the staff to make sure they remember we are in there. Previous experience has made me aware to do that. Fortunately at least this time, the scheduler was still there and we didn’t leave with the last of the staff. Everyone is friendly but they seriously need to overhaul their organizational structure.

Dr. Crapanzano and the other’s working behind the desk or throughout the office have always treated me with respect, always nice to talk to and have conversations with and make jokes with. I’ve never had an issue and I’ve been going since 2017. I’m always welcomed with friendly, smiling faces. 10/10 recommend this office and will never go anywhere else!

The best dang decision I've ever made was coming here. My wife and I had it on the same day and we got our eyes fixed. I now have better eye site than when I went in 20/15 like a hawk. Love it And great customer care. I recommend this place to anyone.

Dr Villani is always thorough, professional and also has lovely office staff. Have been an ophthalmology patient for many years - highly recommend the doctor, very kind demeanor.

I do not have a good experience with them. They never called me when my new eyeglasses are ready. One of the ladies in this place is very rude. My new eyeglasses from them was not made well, and one of the lens has some wiggling issues. I've used more than ten pairs of eyeglasses and none of them has this issue. They said this is not a big deal. They can only try to tight it to the frame, and if that doesn't help, they cannot do anything else.

Came earlier today to fix my frames. The guy was very nice and very quick with it and super welcoming. I would 100% recommend him !!!!

Recently had cataract surgery by Dr Patel. It was very successful. Dr Patel explained everything. The surgical department was wonderful. The nurse explained what to do before surgery and what to expect after. The staff is friendly and courteous. I would recommend Tri-Century to family and friends.
