I had to write this review to offset the horrible ones because in my experiences, it’s been really great. I acknowledge that there’s always exceptions, but the optometrist that myself & my mother saw was AMAZING. She made sure to take extra time to get a gauge of our optical history & was extremely gentle & kind. I have a neurological disability that occasionally affects my eyesight & she helped me course correct to make sure my prescription was as even as possible (LensCrafters was WAY off). As far as getting frames & contacts, the line tends to be long as it’s the ONLY Costco in a city of almost a quarter of a million people. They have a great selection & try to get to you as quickly as possible. A lot of people are detached and forget what it’s like to work retail, so kindness and patience really affects your experience here. There’s so much going in the world with this pandemic, so keep grace in mind when you’re interacting with staff. As for reception, once again, BE GRACEFUL. Answering hundreds calls and staring at screens all day inputting information is not easy & can have an impact on their tone of voice when answering the phone. I’ve been going to this Costco for 24 years & while it’s busy, the staff are kind & want to help you as best they can. You may need to advocate for yourself when you take your ticket and they forget to bump up the numbers so it’s your turn, but that doesn’t take more than a gentle reminder to them.

I’ve came here my whole life, they assist you very well i recommended it to everyone.

Dr. Nichols was wonderful - she explained everything in a way that I could understand and was patient enough to answer all of my questions. She caught things during my exam that previous eye doctors missed in the past, which turned out to be significant given my family history of glaucoma. I left the appointment feeling very reassured and I know that I am in good hands! I would recommend her without hesitation for anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable ophthalmologist.

Everyone there is kind, professional, and knowledgeable! I’ve been here 3 times so far and each time is lovely!

Everyone was incredibly friendly, informative, and professional. I immediately felt at ease with Dr. Jeng, and knew I was in good hands. Dr. Jeng and his staff explained everything in detail. Excellent experience. I highly recommend Dr. Jeng.

My family has been customers for 5 years. I went in today for help with glasses that were very expensive and highly recommended by them. The color of the frame faded and looks horrible. I have bought 100’s of glasses in my lifetime and never seen something like this happen. When I walked in to get help. They treated me very poorly and were very dismissive just handed me my prescription and basically did not care to lose me as a customer. If I can give zero stars I would.
