This place is a joke. I was assured over the phone that I would helped if I was here before 6:00 p.m., which I am, I've been here for 20 minutes knocking on the door trying to be seen. Thank you so much you're ridiculous ridiculous business for not only wasting my but my gas... Don't like liars. Won't be back.

I was having issues with my other eye doctor. I called them and they got me in the very next morning. Super friendly staff! They listened to me and were professional. What it took my other eye doctor nearly 2.5 months to accomplish they did in less than an hour. Highly recommend and I'm now a customer for life!

I've been happy for a number of years with the back end of the biz, that is the eye exams. The front end is...less than solid, not helpful, not client-oriented, not digital savvy. Time for this client to move on.

The doctors and staff are very nice and caring. But in general to all locations their admin work and phone services are really bad. They never answer calls and never return your calls. And so Miramar location staff at ofs are fine, but if you call their general # (the only # available) do not expect to being helped.

They were willing to work me in the same day, even though they were clearly very busy. I am new to the area and had a significant eye problem. My care from Dr Whiteside was excellent and not rushed. Would clearly recommend!!!!

Great experience each year. It was our teenage son’s first visit and we were all pleased with the professionalism and kindness. It really says something when you can win over a teenager!

I don’t know why people have given University Optometry a good review. My experience: 1. I called to make an appointment when they were open but no one answered so I left a voice message. Two days later no one had returned my call so I called again. 2. I spoke to a lady who appeared clueless but stated that the price for a contact lens eye exam is $250 and I made an appointment for a contact lens exam for my daughter. 3. When I arrived they agreed that I had made the appointment but stated they could not accommodate because they had made a mistake and not allowed time for the appointment! 4. When I paid for the eye exam they charged me $443 not the $250 agreed! 5. When I talked to the manager about my experience he accused me of lying about what had been agreed. I strongly recommended that everyone avoid University Optometry.

I really liked the energy of the women that work here to help you, but the eye doctor was a bit strange like he was trying to hard to be nice... I'm not sure why, and I hate to assume but it felt all too familiar, like a white man that doesn't like your skin tone or something hope I'm wrong but I'm just being honest. Overall I liked the experience because of the nice women there.👍🏾

This morning when I checked in at the front desk it was very pleasant, the young lady that did my tech eye exam. was very patient, sweet and professional. Doctor Lu also very professional, explained my results, examined my eyes, recommended meds. , wrote them down and given to me to take care of my vision problem. I appreciate you all in the office👍 Thank you

Excellent doctor and team at Verdier Eye Center! My husband had both cataracts replaced there …. I had one & going to have another cataract surgery in June.
