The front desk manager is very rude and had a very bad attitude. Dr. only care about your follow up visit, once you paid, they don't care about you. Be careful with this company. I took my kid for an eye exam with one doctor, she checked him and diluted his eyes, then she said she can give his drop for improving his eyes. Then by knowing that we won't do follow up, she refused to send prescription to the pharmacy and help my son the drop to improve his eyes anymore. I am stuck as I've already used the yearly insurance with them. I don't know what is the reason, but rejecting a kid for better care is not what Dr. should do. I would not recommend this place.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are incredibly kind and efficient. You can tell he has a real curiosity about what he practices, which to me, is certainly the mark of a competent professional. Right before I moved out of the state I received a new prescription and ordered some contacts. The new lenses turned out to be defective, and although I was technically no longer his patient, Dr. Nguyen worked quickly with the manufacturer and myself to make sure that this issue was taken care of.

Dr. Green is one of the best. I got my entire family going to her this time and we will do it again. Also, I like the front staff at Target Optical, Rachel, and Travis. They are just great and really go out of the way to help you out. Very good experience,

Worst service I’ve ever received! Female receptionist was HORRIBLE to say the least! When I stood in the front window so sign in, she did not even acknowledge me. She kept looking down to her phone. I was helped by the male receptionist. No welcome, good afternoon or anything from both of them. Then when I was passed to the triage room, the MA was even worst. I sat in front of the machine & he didn’t even give me instructions. Only told me to put my chin on the device. I asked if they had verified my insurance already since nobody had made me aware of coverage, and he literally rolled his eyes at me & didn’t even stand up from chair & asked receptionist to come over, so I MYSELF had to ask receptionist if my insurance was covering eye exam. After about 3 minutes of waiting and having to hear the MA sigh & roll his eyes, receptionist advised me eye exam was covered with $10 copay. Triage began, and honestly what a joke of service! The MA was extremely condensing and arrogant. I understand my appt was after 5, but why the bad faces? I will NEVER go back to that place! Doctor was nice, but the rest of the staff is disgusting in their behavior & looked sloppy and dressed so unprofessional! It’s very sad because in my place of practice, we refer alot of patients to this office, but now experiencing first hand, I would hate for our patients experience this type of behavior.
