This was me and my son first visit here and I was very pleased with the service. The front desk staff were very nice, efficient and courteous. Dr. Brignola was so nice and warm welcoming. I have nothing but great things to say about this practice. I will definitely recommend this practice to anybody!

I’ve been under the care of Dr. Li and staff for over a year now. I always leave feeling I received the best care. Warm and friendly staff. Dr. Li’s attention to my care. Showing an interest in my visual health. I do not have to return for a visit in a year. 👍👍👍👍 …

My daughter has been going to this place for 8 years, they have always been kind and nice. They love to help you choose your glasses, they have wonderful employees. They have nice frames, a good selection and you can even bond a friendship with the staff. 5/5, wonderful service.

For starters, I can’t believe I’m writing a review for an eye doctor, I never thought I’d have a bad experience getting a contact exam done.
It started when I got contracted out from my current eye dr because this location had an opening sooner than waiting several weeks. Well this location is at a vision 4 less, which is a completely different name than the location I go to. I figured well that’s alright because it may give them extra business. The first issue began when I sat down in the doctors office, (I had contacts in, so i took them out and put them in my contact case I brought for myself). The doctor before introducing himself screamed “SHE TOOK HER CONTACTS OUT” and stormed out of the room, yelling that to the assistants. I was taken off guard because previously I’ve never done an exam with them in. It was awkward and uncomfortable. I did the two eye exams outside of the room and came back in. When I got back in the room, I put my contacts back in. No problem. Then the doctor, Mr. Wayne, did my exams, asked me what lenses I use. And I told him specially because I can pull up my orders from 1800 contacts. (Keep this in mind because it leads to my next issue). So then he asks if I have my glasses on me, no I didn’t. I hardly wear them unless I’m at home. He proceeds to dilate my eyes and says well your eyes might see blurry, knowing I have to drive my daughter whose sitting nicely in the room. Quite honestly there was no reason to get them dilated. Well next, I went to pay and asked for my prescription they said I won’t get it until I did the trial lenses. Fine, Ok. I didn’t want to let my frustration out on the front desk. I use the trial lenses, and they’re the wrong prescription. So I called and asked why I would get sent home with the wrong trial lense and the lady mentioned well sometimes we don’t have the exact prescription so we send you with what we have on hand. It would’ve been nice to know they were the wrong prescription. I told her I would order with the company I always do and to please get sent my correct prescription. And she emails them to me. Well, I begin to order my contacts from 1800, and they declined my prescription because the doctor put the wrong brand/model of contacts than I usually use. That’s my biggest frustration, because first I was told I had to buy contacts FROM THEM and got my prescription WITHHELD. And then to find out the price for the boxes they wrote on my new prescription are more expensive than the ones I usually use.
When I called the doctor is out of town for several more days (which is fair) but that I couldn’t receive a refund nor have them change my brand/model. So now It’s been two weeks since my appointment and I don’t have any more contacts because of their failure to communicate properly, and write information down when told.
I DO NOT recommend seeing Dr. Wayne or having him practice on your eyes.
The front desk ladies were nice.

I wouldn’t take my dog there! Very unprofessional, Sky the tech missed my sons eye with the drops. When she put the drops in his eyes his heart started to race and he became nauseous. He asked if this was a side effect her response was I’ve never had that happen in my three years being here. I asked her how many 19 year olds do you have as patients that has had two heart surgeries and complex medical history like his? She didn’t even say I’ll get the doctor. When the doctor finally came in he blew it off also. He wound up in the emergency room. If I could give them a zero I would. I’m very thankful we didn’t have to pay for this exam since he satisfied his out of pocket limit or else I would have been extremely upset. Stay clear of this place!!!!

Excellent service and a fast process. I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist processed my paperwork and proceeded with the pre exam immediately afterwards. I was then seen by Dr Norden and was out of there 40 minutes later. Dr.
Norden was patient and very informative-he explained everything about my eye exam and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend Exeter Eye Associates for your next exam.

My first few visits with them were fine - the wait was always less than 10 minutes at most, and the checkup was very thorough, which is what I liked about them. I was in and out in around an hour.
This time though, I scheduled for an afternoon appointment, came in to work at the office instead of remotely since it's close by, and took an hour out to walk down and get my annual eye exam. They charged me copay, after which they told me there were four people ahead of me and a more than hour-long wait, which really tells me that their service has deteriorated.
Will not be going again and looking for another ophthamologist. The least you can do is schedule people in a timely fashion and not waste their time.

Giving 5 stars to this eye clinic after visiting today for my annual check up. I was instantly pleased to find such a clean, friendly and professional environment right inside of the Tacoma Costco. Billing was a breeze, they even accept my insurance here! The doctor was phenomenal and took the time to listen to my concerns and alter treatment based on my daily needs. I plan to return to Tacoma Family Eyecare not only for my vision exams, but for my regular retina checks as they provide the imaging needed to maintain my health checks all in one place with the same doctor. I recommend visiting this office for all of your ocular needs. 10 out of 10, THANK YOU!

I'm am so pleased and happy I kept my appointment for today 10/25/19. In the past year or so, I have been to two different optical places and was dissatisfied. However, after reading several reviews and how Old School they were, I decided to take a chance on making an appointment. It was the best experience ever. The Doctor took his time, explained in details my examination and the entire staff was pleasant and knowledgeable! Can't wait for my glasses to arrive. I give Buffalo Optical, West Seneca, NY *****5 Stars

Dr. Merati and her staff are wonderful. There was no wait time to have the initial testing done, and only a short delay to see Dr. Merati afterward.
Testing was thorough and the lovely staff helped to alleviate my anxiety. Dr. Merati has a fantastic bedside manner; she spent enough time with me to fully listen, run tests, and explain what my results meant. I felt safe and confident while speaking with her. Highly recommend.
