Theresa T. was fantastic! She was good at both the technical/financial details as well as the fashion side of my appointment. As for the details/options/cost stuff, Theresa knew the material well, answered my questions in terms of my concerns, and wasn't too pushy with the upsell. A great soft touch. For the fashion bit, I need hand holding. Usually, I can tell if like how some frames look on me or not. Almost always, I can't explain why and Theresa was able to notice and communicate details and patterns of what was working for me and what wasn't. I also felt like she wasn't in a rush to serve me and get me out the door. After we came across a pair that I liked, she kept picking other pairs to try. I don't remember if I ended up choosing a newer pair that she suggested, but I remember what it felt like to trust her opinion and feel cared about.

I’ve been a client of Downtown Eyes for many years. Recently I saw one of their doctors for my annual eye exam. The service they provide is very thorough and my doctor was prompt and personable. Because of a prescription change, I worked with Cassie to find a new frame. Cassie was very patient with me, given I had a hard time choosing from their wonderful selection. Cassie also provided great follow up. I couldn’t be happier with my new glasses. So much so that a purchased a second pair! The quality of the service and the glasses can’t be beat!

Had an insulting experience today. I was welcomed and prepped for Lasic retinopathy by the staff who are Always Great. .10:30 appoint ,half day no pay. Sitting in chair anticipation 20 mins go by Dr will be with you.another 10-15. He is in a conference. Anticipation starting to set in. Nurse asks if I can come back later in afternoon. I missed half day pay. Total disregard. I left them at elevator I,m told he will take me in. Not under diress. Done. Never again

All the Dr.'s and staff were absolutely amazing, the purpose for my visit was for my 8 year old daughter, the don't specifically work with young children but they were able to clear things up and let me know my child does not have swelling behind the eye, it's just a calcium deposit but he found something else going on and referred us to Riley. They don't see whole lot of kids they said but I felt they were spot on and age appropriate and Made my daughter feel so comfortable and welcomed. All the staff was very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone having eye problems👀👁️

First off, when I made the appointment the lady took my insurance information. That’s great so if there are questions it will be resolved before getting to the appointment. Wrong. We get there, all three of us to someone saying they didn’t have time to check insurance. Okay, that does happen but 30 mins later she was still having issues. Finally the doctor came out and helped the lady in figuring out the insurance…we go back finally to get our eyes checked. My daughter has been wearing scratched up contacts for a few weeks. She gets the new pair and she is excited to not have that discomfort. My other daughter gets fitted for glasses…we were told we couldn’t get the measurements as well for glasses (so we could order glasses online) I’ve never had a place tell us that. We leave. My daughter starts saying it feels like she isn’t wearing contacts at all…I check the prescription and it says -.75 and her last was -1.50….had to keep calling to even get the glasses after two weeks. I would never ever go back there at all.

I did an eye lid surgery with him and the end product was fantastic.

Don’t fall for the google reviews. Check yelp. I made my appointment in January. I ask the lady on the phone if she need my insurance. She said no just bring with yourself.”See you in March 16 you all set.” I didn’t get no phone call about my appointment confirmation and it was no appointment scheduled. After I checked yelp reviews I totally get it what happened and thank god I didn’t make that appointment. I went back to Visionworks already monday my new reading glass will be ready soon. (Covered by my insurance,no cost no extra charge ) I just don’t like when people wasting others time.
