Pleasantly surprised with my visit here— I scratched the lenses of my glasses a week or two ago and my Rx was expired so I couldn’t just reorder. I was honestly dreading trying to get an exam done anywhere because I have 3 small kids and my husband is away for work for a while so I would have to bring them along. I figured this might be the easiest place to go. So I went in just for a basic exam and Rx, not shopping for glasses (I order mine online from another retailer) and they were so quick and very understanding of me having to handle my little ones. They already had my insurance verified from when I called and made the appointment and there were only two short forms for me to fill out. I was surprised that my Rx had even changed a little and the doctor took the time to compare my old Rx (which I’d brought with me to give them a starting point) and show me the difference in the lenses. With insurance my exam was completely covered and the entire experience was quick and painless. I’ve not heard the best reviews from people who have gotten glasses through Walmart vision centers, which is another reason I opted to order from a retailer I trust but as far as the exam goes I’d give it 5 stars and I would definitely go back next time.

one of the front ladies was rude to my pregnant mother after she didn't understand why she had to pay a deductible even though they accept our insurance n my mother never had to pay one because we always get one free for a regular eye exam every year. if you can't handle being asked a question without giving attitude then you shouldn't work at the front desk or customer service, but other than that the doctor was hot asf🫢

Happy New Year! This is a long-awaited review, Russell W. Snook, M.D. decided to make jokes during my visit; 'blind date' jokes at that. My condition, which the staff refused to even watch my demonstration, I am still suffering today. I'd prefer not to disclose my condition, but it's far from 'dry eyes' which this office diagnosed me with. If you're going to take peoples money, at least listen to them, and not make jokes in the process. Also Doc, give folks a decent heads up that you've dilated their eyes so much that they cannot see on the way home. 0/10.

We had a scheduled appointment for -late in the afternoon- We signed in approximately 10 minutes early It is now 5:00 and no one has come out to let you know they will be with you shortly or that he is doing a study to see how long someone is willing to wait. Very poor consideration for a patients time. Having been in retail my whole career and providing services to doctors, lawyers etc... not one of them would ever (EVER) wait more then 10 minutes with out flexing there status mussels to let you know what and who they are. 5:10 and just got walked back to the office.

I want you all to know how truly grateful I am for my new glasses. Your entire staff are so wonderful and to not only assist me with my vision, but helping me pick out such beautiful frames, you are WONDERFUL.

Dr Lara Nguyen was fantastic!! She made me feel as if she's been seeing me for years. She took her time explaining everything and always asked if I had any questions. She's very friendly and staff is as well, clean office too. Definitely would recommend!!!

My most recent visit was fantastic. Ash checked me in and did my testing. They were fantastic! They made me comfortable and had me laughing the whole time. The great experience continued with Dr. Suffolk. He was very informative and just as great as Ash. I don't normally leave reviews, but this visit stood out to me above all else because Ash actually helped me look at glasses too. A lot of places just toss you at the boards and say 'good luck' but I found choices I never even thought I'd like. Thank you so much. I'll he doing business at the liverpool location from now on!!

My mother had an awful experience! After being rescheduled for the third time she showed up for her appointment to be told she didn’t have one! At no fault of hers, the receptionist gave her the wrong day! Dr Krause said he would not take her as a walk in and walked in his office and shut the door. Then proceeded to go outside for smoke break. He had 40 minutes free in which he could have taken me! I’m shocked at the lack of care for patients and customer service! If he would have taken the time to listen he would have realized it was their fault. Will never return again!!

With great patience and exceptional skill, Dr. Tolentino has been able to preserve my vision from the ravages of macular degeneration for fifteen years. When I was first diagnosed with this terrible disease I searched everywhere for a super specialist who could help me while I could still see. Dr. Tolentino had the unusual qualifications I needed to treat the impending loss of vision I feared My prognosis was dire and complex. Neverthelss, Dr. Tolentino began to treat what turned out to be years of ups and downs with retinal bleeding,, swelling, and slow deterioration. My condition proved to be resistant to therapy. Nevetheless, Dr. Tolentino administered in sequence all the latest drugs as they were discovered and made available. He was confident he could help me. I however anticipated and tried to accept the severe limitations of the impending dim vision I dreaded. I never missrd a scheduled treatment, but I feared at each visit, Dr. Tolentino would tell me he could help me no further. To my astonishment, today my vision is clear and I can drive without fear. I have also been able to continue my extensive reading and writing. Assuredly, there has been some loss of visual acutity, but from my point of view, Dr. Tolentino'st treatments have been a miracle. I don't know where I could have recevied the same level of care and kindness. George W. Cooke

When I first got to my appointment, I was quite nervous and didn't know what to expect. The nurses were VERY nice and explained to me about the procedure, easing my anxiety. The procedure was quick and painless. Dr. Parchue was great!!
