I had an accident with my glasses. They ended up bent and unwearable. I stop in on a Friday morning and the tech was very eager to help. She was able to fix my glasses and put new nose pieces on my second pair. In a matter of a minutes I was good to go. Thank you W. Optical for a well trained employee.

WARNING: I went to this group's Chandler 20/20 Image Centers office and they told me that their contact lenses are fully returnable in new, unopened boxes within 90 days of purchase. This is a bald-faced lie. I would never have purchased a year's worth with a no- return provision, especially when I'm relocating. I would have purchased from Costco or a company with a good record for customer service. I don't like to be the heavy, but this business needs to be held to account. They cheated me out of hundreds of dollars.

I was extremely disappointed in the manner I was treated at Southwest Eye Care. From the lady at the counter who told me I had to wait in line rather than simply take the clipboard that they provided me for paperwork, to the tech and even Dr.Valezuela. Why cant the front desk simply take the clip board rather than have you wait again in line? The tech didn't seem to understand why I was there and said I guess for my regular check up. I explained that I was told to come back in a year rather than two year. When Dr. Valenzuela threw terms out at me and I asked questions, she said I had an attitude. I almost got off the chair right then and there. How else am I supposed to understand my eye issues without asking questions. I was treated rudely at Southwest Eye Care and will probably not return next year. They are very unprofessional and acted as they were doing me the favor instead of appreciating my business. I'm sure not all the employees at this business are like this, but it's clear the tech told the doctor he felt I had an attitude. is this what Healthcare has come to? Very disappointed in this business. They were not like this in the past.

I've been a patient at FLOE for several years now, and every visit has been a great experience. Dr. Wong and his team are incredibly knowledgeable. The eye exam was thorough, and each step was clearly explained so I always knew what to expect. What really sets FLOE apart is the exceptional customer service. When it came to choosing frames, the staff were endlessly patient and helpful, guiding me through what felt like a hundred frames without ever losing their warmth or enthusiasm. The receptionists are very professional and nice. My daughter always sits in the car while I get my exams but she came in form information and the receptionist offer to call her when I came and that’s that little extras you appreciate. The assistants in your exam a very professional in assisting before seeing your doctor. My experiences has been positive for the last five years.
