Dr. Slean removed a cataract from my right eye and is scheduled to remove the cataract from my left eye. I was somewhat worried about the first surgery, but it was exceptional! My right sees quite clearly with accurate and vivid colors! The procedure was not painful or difficult. It was quick, and I had no problems at all! Dr. Slean is thorough and very helpful. She and her team totally prepared me for this procedure. It gave me complete confidence during the procedure because I knew what they were doing and that cared about the results! I am so happy about the results, I asked to schedule the left eye right away. I’m so thankful to have such an excellent doctor and such a fantastic team supporting her! It’s amazing. They make you feel like you’re a VIP and family with such excellent treatment and care! Thank you!!!!

Great check in associates, great Dr. great eye test really shows your eyes health. We had a great glass ordering associate. With great eye insurance we saved almost $3000 for 2 pair of glasses.

This was the best experience I have ever had. Brenda was fast and professional on my check in. Once I got to the back I met Karleigh who was absolutely incredible. She kept me calm, checked in with me, offered music. This was a great experience for someone who is scared.

First experience with Pearle Vision and it was awesome! I was met with an enthusiastic greeting from several associates and was able to make my selection of new frames in a short period of time. Great selection with different price points to choose from…order process was easy and painless! A special thanks to Tanya for the outstanding customer service she provided! Highly recommend!

Wonderful visit!! From speaking with the friendly rep on the phone to working with the vet tech and vet - everyone was so friendly. The vet tech and vet were so gentle and sweet with our little schipperke. They went over a realm of options with us about her goopy eye and patiently answered our questions. We saw Dr Rowley and I believe the vet tech was Emily (?) - both were amazingly professional, thorough and so so sweet with our 12 year old fur baby. Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been a customer for 4 years. While the glasses may be a bit more expensive than other chain places the quality is much better. You get what you pay for they do a good job

Doctor is great and the staff was nice to my face but away from me I heard them talking by where the contacts are and heard them complaining about me. I get it if your frustrated with me for not knowing your job or for whatever reason, but at least whisper your opinion to a coworker or wait for the customer to leave.

Update on my bad experience. They really ended up taking good care of me w/out having to jump through hoops. The manager Maria did what she said. That changed something bad that I know wasn't her fault,, into something that I walked away a happy customer from. Handled it.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Extremely unprofessional and cancelation of appointments with out letting you know. This office kept canceling hlmy mom's appts and it ended up her losing her site in one eye. I'm planning on calling the health board and reporting them.

Great staff and great doctor!! He really listens to you and explains what’s going on. I absolutely recommend.
