I’ve been a patient here for nearly seven years and have been seen by several of the doctors. Each one has provided me with excellent care. They’ve been very generous with their time to educate me on my condition and quite supportive.

I can’t say enough about the great job S2S did on my new glasses. I had old frames that I LOVE and can’t find anything even close on the market currently. They warned me that the frames could be damaged or break during the process of removing the old lenses and putting new in, so I knew we were taking a chance. My new (old) glasses are absolutely perfect! I honestly could not be any happier! And all at a price i can afford! I’ll never go anywhere else!

Excellent experience from the moment I walked in! The clinical staff are friendly, professional and truly care about your eye health. I chose a virtual appointment and the online caregivers were promptly on camera as soon as my technician finished the tests. The virtual doctor walked me through everything he reviewed and it was even more informative than an in-person exam because he showed images on screen as he was explaining his review. The optical side was equally friendly, professional and informative. The staff steered me toward frames that fit my face (as opposed to my usual unguided choices of overly large frames). I was the last patient of the day and we finished my transaction after closing but I was not rushed out the door. We even had to solve an insurance issue (on a Saturday!) and the staff made sure I received all of my benefits. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this location!

Have always been treated with utmost care and respect. Removed cataracts from both eyes with not a problem. Pre op and post op care very good. Very happy with care there from everyone.

I have had great service everytime I’ve gone so far. I have had the wrong prescription for a while and we worked to get it just right. She is fun and kind and great at what she does. She wants me to be happy with my vision. They have ordered me trial contacts so I can try them out before I buy them. The front desk is kind and professional. They had no issue with me filling my prescription somewhere else. Such a good place and it’s so rare to not feel pressure.

Great place I never knew existed. They took good care and answered all my questions. Very affordable for out of pocket clients.

Ok so I have been here multiple times . so the last time I came primarily because for months I had been having headaches and overall not feeling well. I attritbuted it to overworking and would take Advil Tylenol or aspirin and would push through the symptoms this happened nfor a couple months This was constant to the point that I felt I had forgotten what feeling normal felt like Feeling like that had become a part of the day until one day I noticed one foot was swollen around my ankle , this alarmed me but I put off going to the doctor since I had been working too much I was not able to make the time. So the headaches and feeling like a hungover zombie that had not slept for weeks continued . Then I decided to take a day off which I cannot afford to do with my job to come to this clinic. So in the past I usually came here because I have problems with recurring alopecia or bald spots . And the last few times I came I would get shots in the bald spots and that fixed the issue So I figured i would save time and come for both issues since I recently also had one bald spot develop. I forgot the doctor's name but anyways I explained to him everything he said that the swollen feet were caused by my feet being flat. He paid no attention to my unwell feeling or my headache he said take Tylenol He prescribed insoles for shoes and a steroid which would not help with whatever was causing my illness and only relief symptoms. For the bald spots I asked to have the shots which they would charge separately by the way. And he he casually said that instead of providing the treatment that would help he referred me "upstairs to their laser and skin care clinic" like they work together or something . Which I did. Not go because that meant also paying them for another consult on top of what I paid the TU family already -_-. So what I did since I had a feeling the doctor did not care at all and something was telling me that something more serious was going on with my body . I trusted my instincts and felt this doctor was completely inefficient. I decided to make an appointment at a clinic where they provide my gender transition injections because I thought that I could be from the hormones I take. Anyways I walk in the the clinic they take my weight and blood pressure and temperature the usual. As soon as the nurse leaves my new doctor walks in that was the first time I meet him since the last doctor I seen for years retired. Not even 1 minute in I explained my symptoms he said the following " I suspect you have hypertension which is causing your unwell feeling since the last two times you came in and today your blood pressure has read as higher than normal. We will retest and provide you a machine so you can test at home ". He also added that "on top of my usual hormones he was prescring a blood pressure medication and that I should take it and test my blood pressure for changes ". So I immediately began testing and sure enough my blood pressure was super high every the whole day for a out 3 days then I began taking the lisipronil I immediately started to see my blood pressure normalize into a normal range. After two or 3 days I felt normal again for the first time in months . It felt strange at first because I had felt unwell not normal for so long that I had forgotten how feeling normal and healthy was So the doctor which is not supposed to be a regular doctor caught my illness . Which is not supposed to be the reason I go there . I only go there to get my transgender hormones . Detected and and caught Illness He also did something about it with me asking 🫤 . I'm soooo disappointed by the TU family clinic because they were ok in the past I don't know what is happening here . let me say straight away that this place is about the same price wise as other clinics They charge as soon as you check in for consultation then you pay for the tests , etc etc the difference via with some other doctors they often times give you medication if they have here no

I was referred to Dr. Shily by Dr. Rabinowitz, a cornea specialist, regarding my keratoconus. Dr. Shily fitted me with scleral lenses and made me see 20/20 for the first time ever on the first trial lenses. He has an amazing staff and a beautiful office with the latest diagnostic instrumentations. He was very patient and detail oriented. Not only did he help me see 20/20 he helped me with my dry eyes. Also, his office staff helped me with my insurance billing for medically necessary scleral contact lenses which helped me a lot financially. I am very grateful to him and his expertise and would highly recommend anyone who needs vision enhancement to his office. Thank you Dr. Shily for all your help and patience.

The staff are very friendly. I was greeted with a smile and they took my information quickly. I had arrived 15 minutes earlier than my appointment was scheduled but they got me in right away. I had no wait time. The doctor was very helpful and informative. I was in and out with everything I needed within about 25 minutes.
