Dr. Chaudhry is great, I get injections for wet macular degeneration and he makes it as quick and painless as possible. He's thorough and explains everything. The staff is pleasant and efficient.

Rude. Rude. Rude. No point in even trying on glasses. Can’t pick them up to even look at them without an employee making it VERY clear they will have to clean them. Boo hoo. It’s your job. Customer service sucks now. They don’t even try to hide their annoyance and certainly don’t attempt to be “in this together”.

Dr. Gullett and his staff in Fairfield are amazing! After the examination, he will take time to explain what he finds and answer your questions. When reading about his educational background, accolades, and personal interests, you will know he's one of the top Ophthalmologists in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Transfered from another practice and they are lovely. Office staff greated me and answered a few questions. I had to wait about 20 min to be seen by the resident and after that saw Dr. Young. Dr. Young took the time and explained things to me and drew a diagram to make it easier to understand.

I went to the office for a general eye exam to get an updated prescription. This is during the COVID 19 pandemic. None of the equipment was sanitized between patients. During the appointment Dr. Milano removed his mask several times. He also patted my leg just above the knee, and then left his hand on my thigh the entire appointment. I couldn't read the prescription so I called the office three days later. The women who answered was extremely rude and said she couldn't find any of my information in their system.
