The staff are not helpful at all, the eye doctor seemed very impatient. Not a place I would recommend at all.

Dr Blum went above and beyond to make sure I received the best care and was taken care of after I left. He genuinely cares about his patients and it shows!

It was the worst experience picking out glasses.

Tried to make an appointment and the lady who answered the phone was very rude and acted like it was a problem that she had to make the appointment. I Told her nevermind forget the appointment I'll go somewhere else. JUST HORRIBLE

Hands down best optometrist I’ve ever been to quick fast and an easy process everyone is so nice! I had the pleasure to work with Carlos he is so awesome this place is definitely a keeper. The doctor was very helpful and open to any questions you have!

Poor customer service and long waits... Will not let you in to look at frames till you wait in line for what was over an hour for people just picking up their glasses. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude about it

Just finished my my eyes checked by a doctor ong. She patiently listen to my chief, complaints of my eyes of itchy and Sandpaper rubbing feeling. Explain everything in detail. Front desk girl Tina and aninha Are friendly and polite. Very happy to see Dr. Ong again after a few years

Dr. Pokpongkiat is an AWESOME Optometrist - I JUST picked-up my new glasses from his office less than an hour ago, & they are PERFECT!!!! THANK YOU DOC!!!!!
