They have very nice staff and always able to make an appointment quickly.

I took my new prescription to COSTCO. I purchased the frame from COSTCO prior to getting the new prescription. The gentleman serving me was minimally polite. After picking up my glasses I could not see clearly. So, back to COSTCO Optical I traveled. Since I already owned glasses from the new prescription, I pointed that out to the optician. After the optician checked and measured the COSTCO lenses then examined and measured the lenses in the glasses I was wearing, she determined that measurements were off so she sent the glasses to be made with the measurements she took. When I picked up the glasses my vision appeared fine. When I arrived home and looked at my computer screen, the print was blurred. I am disappointed and regret using COSTCO optical. The glasses will be taken to the optical shop again but this time I will request a refund.

I had a great experience. From the receptionist and the nurses to the doctor, everyone was very attentive, kind, and professional. Dr. Vanden Bosch performed eyelid surgery to remove some xanthelasma, and he has the hands of an angel. Nurse Patty was very attentive and provided excellent care, along with the other nurse. I definitely recommend it!

Horrible customers service! B was rude and hostile. Spent hundreds of dollars and they would not fix my glasses. She yelled across the lobby at me with my child in tow. Do not spend your money here. They don’t honor any purchase and they definitely don’t care about their customers.

Dr. Blum and his staff are the best! They are professional, kind and organized. All Covid guidelines are always followed and you feel safe.

I would highly recommend. Dr. Leah Heitmeir was so friendly and very helpful. She is very knowledgeable. Their staff is very nice and professional.

The staff is wonderful! They let me know up front what my insurance would cover and would not. They were extremely helpful and very nice. My doctor was terrific! Very friendly and personable. Felt he had my best interest at heart. Would absolutely recommend! I had Dr. Kautzman
