Dr. Luckash is AMAZING. He did my revision rhinoplasty. The results came out perfect just as I imagined. He says it the way it is. He does do promise something he can’t do. Highly recommend him. He possess excellent bed side manners. I’m very glad I was directed to him. Thank you Dr. Luckash.

Only a few days ago I was diagnosed with retinal detachment. The Eye Institute was able to work me into their schedule and perform the surgery on Monday. I was amazed at the level of professional courtesy and competence. Thank you to everyone with whom I interacted!

Great service

Very rude staff. Ask a question and you get attitude from the girls like you shouldn’t be asking questions. Made an appointment for glasses and said I don’t need any. Told me to come back in 6 months. I currently wear glasses...... Couple came in to pick up her glasses and she got a very rude “did they call you to come and get them?”. After the lady said that’s why I am here, a worker came out from the back and found this ladies glasses. Handed them to her and the lady tried them on and said I can’t see anything. It is all blurry. The girl asked her what she meant. She said it’s all blurry. Very rudely she said come to the back and see if they can help you. I will no longer be going here.

I seen Dr. Gullett and he was absolutely wonderful. I’m having issues with both eyes watering so he put these strips by my eyes to determine whether or not I was producing enough quality tears, which I am! It’s determined I have dry eyes! So he prescribed me an antibiotic ointment for my eyes and also suggested I use Refresh drops a few times a day and putting a hot compress on eyes twice a day for about 5 minutes each. I go back in a few weeks to see how it’s all working and Bryana who checked me in was such a sweetheart! Everyone I came in contact with was super nice! I definitely found my eye place!

Amazing pediatric ophthalmologists. I loved that they could have another specialist come take a look without having to schedule an additional appointment. We have gotten amazing care her for our son since he was 6 months old.

Awsome place, he talked about chronic conditions and explained alot. Every year I go and have an awsome service. Staff is super friendly.

UCSF is one of the top Opthalmology departments in the world. I have seen top MD's in retina, glaucoma and neuro Opthalmology. Could not ask for better care. However, it is a time sink since it's a teaching hospital.

I actually fixed the issue before Arellano coming out, so they didn't actually do work for me, but Hector was very professional, called me back, offered support free of charge over the phone, and seemed very honest and knowledgeable. Totally doing business with this company in the future!!!
