Made us pay for a surgery that wasn't needed at the time. Instead of refunding the money they said they would put it as a credit for the next surgery. When it came time for the next appointment they refused to do the surgery unless we paid more. They charge you full price then even after they get paid by insurance refuse to return the credit.

I get upset when I see bad reviews of these folks. They have taken excellent care of my eyes for almost 10 years and provided very intense medical care when called upon. They provide good answers to all concerns and other eye issues. They are up to date with their profession and do a LOT MORE than just exam your eye sight. Saved my retina's with scrutiny when I had an emergency by calling another specialist which saw me immediately because of their professionalism. Wonderful folks. Recommend them.

Today Im giving 3 stars because we waited for 2 hours before we were called back. This is my first time waiting this long. No staff member aknowledged our long wait. Dr. Marmer is a great doctor. Glad this is only an annual visit.

This was my second annual visit. Reception was relaxed and friendly (almost like they enjoy working there.) ;) I cannot say enough about Dr. Noreika and her staff! She is extremely thorough, and takes her time to explain everything. I have NEVER felt rushed, and always leave happily armed with information. This appointment made my day!

Everytime I go get my glasses adjusted I am back there not long after!! Never had to get glasses adjusted so often either!!

Great family Eye Doctor...That Dr. Blum is a cool guy...he understands the eyes well and treats his clients with respect...I miss Dillion the previous receptionist who always fixed my glasses whenever I was careless...Dr. B keeps my children and I coming back each year for 6 years because of his Loyal dedication to his customers. PS.....I love those hard Carmel treats at the receptionist desk💋

I like Dr. La Tona & his staff very much, but I spend most of my time in the office just sitting & waiting. Yesterday, my actual time with Assistant, about 15 minutes. Actual time with Doctor, about 5 minutes. Total time in office, 2 hours. I arrived @ 1:30 & left @ 3:30. I think they need to adjust their scheduling to make the timing more efficient, perhaps less patients per hour. The Assistants (I don't know know their professional titles) were all running around, trying to keep things moving as quickly as they could.
