Staff is polite, caring and informative. I had laser surgery in 2018 and returned for second laser. Dr. Bokowski takes time to explain what will take place and the results. I would recommend Eye Care Center.

Very unprofessional, rude ignorant illiterate, office staff. We book appointment week ago for 05/26/23 @ 9:45am...we were on our way n received call from her office (block caller id) @ 8:53am. Female started with we need cetain documents which i agree i will arrange no worries that idiot started arguing for no reason n on n on... i told her im driving i will will do as soon i arrive... but i doesn't know which kind of idiots this eye doctor hired...maybe to save some bucks but to lose business? Well better stay away n don't waste your time because eyes are very sensitive but these people are not.....

CEI doctors have always been great in my experience over three decades, including eye surgery. Five stars for quality of care! However, CEI scheduling is usually a mess. Typically I have waited 1 to 2 hours after I arrived on time for appointments, not counting dilation time. My wait time was usually much shorter when seeing a specialist. It seems disrespectful, but I guess it's the price you pay for quality eye care.

Writing this review a few hours after surgery. Been a long time glasses/ contacts wearer and was finally ready to proceed with LASIK. After doing research, I chose Dr Khanna and could not be happier. Would write more about the helpfulness of staff, quality of service, etc, but the Doctor told me to stay off phone, so making this quick to offer my recommendation to Dr. Khanna and my appreciation to the staff

Excelente experience for new patients.

After the initial check in and preliminary measurements by the technician, both my wife and I waited 45 minutes to see the doctor. I was wondering what I would do when everyone left, the lights turned out, and the doors locked. When the doctor finally appeared, I received excellent eye care. The bifocal contacts are expensive, but worth it to not have to use reading glasses to see close up.

I've just had my first experience with Eyeglass World. I am quite happy. My visit was easy and relaxed. Brianna assisted me with a courteous, professional manner. She is to be commended. I am a first time customer and this will be my last time coming to this place. In all my 23 years of needing glasses, I have never come across such rude people. These people are at the front and center of this place. You would think they would be more welcoming and friendly, but they were the exact opposite. They were rude and unhelpful, they offered no assistance even though I specifically asked for help for lenses that would fit my child’s face. The woman who took my child’s eye exam was very professional and kind, but the people in the front lacked professionalism. Despite what I have been told by them, the variety of frames they have is not as they state. Go somewhere else where you’ll be treated better, I know I will.

Dr Kortum is so thorough and goes beyond to explain everything. And Kerri was so patient and helpful as I picked out my glasses. This office is update on its technology and takes the stress out of coming to the doctor.

The staff at the front are very warm and made my morning appt enjoyable! I saw Dr. Lou and she gave me great advice/knowledge on the contacts I was wearing and other suitable options for my lifestyle.
