Very much a patient-centered office. Everyone from the front desk through the entire pre exam procedures were professional and helpful. Dr. Lin was very encouraging with positive information about the results of the exams, which for someone like myself, with Type II diabetes, is always good to hear. I was particularly impressed by Dr. Lin’s understanding and appreciation of the situation I described I was having with some visual “cloudiness” some 24 months after my cataract surgery. Although minor, the condition is bothersome and distracting. Dr. Lin completely understood my situation and moved quickly to correct the issue and I had an appointment for the next day to receive a laser treatment to eliminate the problem. Highly recommend the Cleveland Eye Clinic, their very helpful and considerate staff and doctors, particularly Dr. Beth Lin.

Everyone was pleasant and thorough. Dr.Lin has always explained everything, answered any questions I had. Was glad to see she was covered under my new insurance plan so I could continue to have her take care of my eyes.

I haven’t been able to read through my bifocals for years! I always had to take my glasses off to read. My perscription from Dr. Kaye is right on! I don’t have to constantly pull my glasses off and on to read fine print.

Dr. White was amazing! He listened to all of my concerns and talked me through all avenues of options with some of the issues I was having. Not only did he take the time to listen, but he also spent time actually explaining things in a way that I understood. It was an overall great experience and I will definitely be trusting my eyes to Dr. White in the future!

From routine exams to that time I got a piece of glitter stuck in my eye I've always had great experiences with Dr. White and his team! He has always been very kind and informative.

Skyvision office is very comfortable. Large waiting room (with coffee or hot chocolate), very clean, office staff is friendly. Dr. White is a very good surgeon. He's no nonsense when he does his exams. He's very confident. Ask your questions fast because he does not like to spend a lot of time with idle chit chat. He sees what has to be done and is in and out. The staff prepares his patients and are much more relaxed. I was happy with my surgery. The surgery center was very nice,(on Bagley Rd.) very clean, staff also nice and friendly. Any time I called the Skyvison office with a concern they were happy to help. I would recommend Skyvision to my friends and family.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at LensCrafters with Giovanni, Sara, Iman, and the entire team! From the moment I stepped in, their warmth and professionalism were evident. I would highly recommend this location for both your eye exams with Dr. Carrie and picking out the latest styles of eyewear with Sara. It’s been a few years (eh hem, 10) since I’ve consulted a professional for a proper frame and lens fitting and I walked away thrilled with the TWO pairs Sara helped me find. I’ve already recommended my grandfather and neighbors because the personalize experience was 100% worth it.

Dr. Monica Lai gave me a thorough eye exam and showed me the things she looks for when evaluating a patient’s ocular health. She is very friendly and it is obvious she cares about her patients. In addition, the staff out front were nice and helped me pick out a pair of frames that suited my face the best.

She has very poor patient encounters. When I got there, OD student did all the tests. She never bother to reevaluate all the rest that done by OD student. I wasted 2 hrs there for nothing. She is not even prescribed me anything. Poor communication abilities, she didn't discuss my problem however later I had to find it out by reading my chart. How could they claim themselves a doctor but don't know how to act like one? please do not go to her.

I showed up to my 9am appointment and waited. 30 minutes past and I asked when I was getting in and they said shortly...I told the lady at the desk I had another appointment to go to and that I didn't want to be late. 45 minutes past, I still didn't get in and I asked what was going on. They said they had a tough patient and that they didn't know when I would get it. If I didn't ask, they were going to let me sit & wait & not give me an update on when I would be seen or the option to leave and reschedule. I understanding waiting a little bit to been seen but not an hour. Learn to respect peoples time and schedules. I'm not retired and have nothing better to do and even then, that's not acceptable.
