I have been a patient of Inland Optometric Associates for many years. Dr. Jacqueline Truong is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It's always a pleasure to visit her office and I always feel comfortable and well-taken care of. Most of all, Dr. Truong takes the time to explain things and makes sure to go over important factors that may impact your future vision health based on the exam she and her staff perform.

This eye optometry has been the best one I have been to! I have been going here for 5 years under their ortho-k treatment and it has made my vision better. At first my vision was very blurry but now under this treatment I can see clearly. Thank You Dr. James Truong

Literally saved my vision. Saw light flashes and his office saw me same day. Dr. Dayani performed a retinopexy, which stopped the damage. He is professional, very skilled and a very kind man. He immediately put me at ease with his explanations and gentle bedside manner. This situation has happened now 2 more times and I have had the same outstanding experience with the Dr. and his office staff. Highly recommend!

My son had significant trouble reading since he was little. I always chalked it up to him having a more technology oriented brain. On the advice of an educational psychologist, I had him evaluated by Dr. Westcott and discovered his reading issues weren't a lack of skill but rather two forms of eye dysfunction -- binocular and saccadic. He started therapy last February and what a difference it has made! As a parent, it makes me want to cry thinking how difficult and frustrating it must have been for him. With Dr. Westcott, Gayle and Katherine's help, my son is now reading at level with a fluency and comprehension that I never thought possible. You have to be committed to the weekly visits and the nightly exercises, but it is certainly worth every effort you make. Dr. Westcott and his therapists are not only skilled at what they do, but they are good people who truly want the best for their patients. Thank you Developmental Vision Care team!

Came here a couple different times, both for medical issues related to my eye (some sort of infection/irritation). Dr. Bender was very accommodating to the urgency of my medical concerns/discomfort, very friendly, and informative at the appointments. Would definitely recommend her office!

Dr Gandy and staff are very good at what they do. Makes you feel comfortable with no wait time. My glasses RX are perfect.

I recently had LASIK performed at the Bloomington location. My prescription was nearing legal blindness and I was apprehensive but very interested in the idea that I could wake up and see without effort after spending so many years in contacts. Lexi helped to guide me through my questions and steps associated with the procedure and process. This office has a great online footprint and you can watch videos about the procedure and get to know some of the staff prior to making a commitment. I am now 3 months out and LASIK was the best health decision I've made! Highly recommend this place, their staff, Lexi, Dr A and Dr O (Springfield location)!

I have been with RI Eye Institute for a little over a year. In that time, I have had a number of appointments in preparation for cataract surgery and the follow up. During my recent visit for my annual appointment, I interacted with a number of people before I saw my doctor. From the reception desk, to the technicians who administer the tests, every person was kind, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions I had. The care I receive is always thoughtful and thorough. I know that I am in good hands with Dr. Cook and the team of professionals at RI Eye.

Extremely helpful, walked in for my niece's prescription to be filled, and they were extremely helpful on getting it done. I really appreciate them and the quality of their work.

Dr. Casey Johnston and his staff are awesome. Every time I’m there I’m well taken care of. Dr. Johnston addressed all my questions, gave me some free samples to try to clear up my red eye, and was efficient and honest. His lovely assistant was great too, I think her name was Laura.
