The receptionist was impressively rude for how short of an interaction we had. She was condescending and short with me. If helping people schedule appointments is such a burden to you, maybe don’t be a receptionist? I didn’t catch her name but I know it was NOT America.

My mom has been going to Tayani Institute, seeing Dr. Joson for three years. She was referred initially for potential glaucoma. From the first visit, Dr. Joson has always been very thorough with his examination and tests. He spent time explaining the test results, what they mean, and why. He answered every question, addressed every concerns, and gave substantial advices on how to keep my mom's eyes healthy. Thanks to him, her latest check up puts her eyes in the normal, no risk for glaucoma range. This is beyond good news as she was borderlining glaucoma at her first visit. He also advised on how to keep her small cataract from growing. Check up with him is every 6 months and every 1 year he reruns all the tests for glaucoma. The staff here are also very helpful. Very quick check in and preparation. Our visits never took more than 1 hour. The office is never crowded for those worrying about covid transmission. Highly recommend and will continue coming here.

This Korean optometry place is the best in LA. Dr. B Gen helps me find the perfect frame and free repair and clean all of my sunglasses. Not only professional but also a warm and pleasant person. I am leaving a review because these glasses not only allow me to see objects clearly, but also because they are very clear. Since it's a new place, I'm leaving a review behind hoping to help. Since it is a new place, I visited it with the hope that they would give me something special. An optician with decades of experience gave me an accurate evaluation of the glasses I was currently wearing. He also gave me an accurate explanation of the glasses that would suit me and my daughter based on his optical knowledge. So far, at other places, they only do vision test, choosing glasses, and adjusting to fit my nose and eyes. However at this place, they even go further and chose the best glasses for me based on the science of glasses and the condition of my eyes. I was very satisfied with the choice of the customized sunglasses I have gotten for the health of my eyes. Out of the many years I've gotten glasses, this place is by far the best.

I've been wearing eyeglasses for about 20 years, so imagine how many Optometries I visit during this time! This Optometry is the best one I've ever visited. You always feel that you deal with your own family. I would give 10 stars for everything. The price is very good. The stuff is excellent. The doctors are excellent. I highly recommend this business to everyone. Even if you have your eyeglasses and your prescription, just stop by here and get a new eye exam. They will change your life! Thank you to the people that work there, you guys made my vision 20/20 again.

Very very good facility. The front staff and Dr. Jenny Kim Ong are amazing. Had great experience. They explain everything before they do the tests and Dr. Jenny is amazing. She takes her time to explain everything, and answers all the questions.

Loved my time here! Everyone was professional and kind. I really appreciate how timely they were; I usually have to wait so long to see the doctor even though I had an appointment but not here! The staff were very knowledgeable and explained all the tests/ equipment to me. They were also very patient with me while I was finding the perfect frame for myself; took awhile since they had an amazing selection. Definitely my go-to optometry office!

The entire staff is incredible! They are kind, patient and always spend the extra time to answer my questions. We have never felt rushed and they always remember me and my children. It is always personalized care which I appreciate. I highly recommend this practice!!

Great experience! My family recently visited Canyon Optometry. My kids were seen by Dr Reyes and me and my spouse were seen by Dr Fanny and both doctors were amazing. I would love to give 5 star rating to them and the whole staff.
