Pretty good care . Covers my insurance. Pricey frames and glasses tho. I wish the eye doctors were patient enough to answer all of my questions

I just had the best experience yesterday while getting my prescription glasses. The staff was super friendly. I showed my broken glasses to the lady who help me. She took him to the back and fix them for free for me. She didn’t have to do that ... talk about going the extra mile

Doctor would not pull up my insurance and kept telling me i didnt have amerigroup just because my card texas health sent me looked different, proceeded to make me look stupid so i walked out instead of paying cash since amerigroup pays for my eye exam while pregnant i will be looking for a doctor elsewhere

Drive an hour to get here only for them to close an hour early. They stop taking walk ins at 2. When they are open til 4:30. What a scam.

This office is a scam. Avoid it like the plague. I was told I should get Progressive lenses, even though I did not currently need them. I was told I would need to get used to them because I would need them in the future. After wearing them for a full week, I cannot get past a few hours without my eyes actually hurting and causing a headache. I paid $200 more for the Progressive lenses. The office refuses to issue me a refund and had the audacity to offer me bifocal lenses as recompense. This, quite simply, is a scam. The doctor will recommend products you don't need, promise you he will make good if things don't work out, and then, when they don't work out, leave you with literally unusable glasses. This is such obvious fraud and malpractice. Absolutely disgusting to take advantage of people this way. I will be looking into taking every legal action I can.

I was really sad to have to leave Dr. Butler, I think he's a fantastic doctor, but his front desk staff is really hard to work with. I needed my dry eye drops prescription refilled two months before my annual visit. My pharmacist and I called several times and every time they said they would ask the doctor and get back to me but nobody ever called me back. After several weeks of trying one person told me that he was too busy with back to school eye glasses to be able to help me. Super disappointing.

We had an appointment for next week but was called for us in today. Which was awesome!! I want to thank everyone here from the techs to the doctor everyone was amazing and so patient with my 9 year old special needs son. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. <333

As always, the doctors and staff at Ocala Eye offer superb patient services and certainly the latest technology. Dr. Vish and all the staff are knowledgeable and so very supportive. I live in Orlando and drive over two hours just to be seen by this group. That is how much confidence and trust I have in them! Dr. Vish will be doing my cataract surgery in September and although I was a bit apprehensive, Dr. Vish explained everything to expect. He was patient, concise, and his skill level was quite apparent. I have been a patient of Ocala Eye for close to twenty years and I highly recommend them. Cyndy Sperber

Dr. Nguyen is amazing. She’s very thorough and it’s very apparent she loves her job. I have been with her since she’s open and will continue to come back every year. I have recommended my coworkers and friends to her and everyone comes back agreeing that she’s great. Her staff is just as friendly. Everyone is courteous and professional.
