Can't say enough about the professionals at this Target optical!! They are kind and went out of their to help us get a pair of frames that fit just right. We appreciate their service, warranty options and available frames they had in store.

With clear communication, Dr. Olivetti answers all my questions and concerns. She guides me through the aging process as it affects my vision.

The night before leaving for vacation, my son was hit in the eye with a baseball. While traveling to Alabama on a Sunday morning, it became apparent he was in need of care. While trying to figure out a plan, I was concerned about not only finding a doctor on a Sunday, but also quality of care he would receive, but I definitely did with Dr. Nguyen!!!! I cannot say enough about the quality of service he provided my son. Not only was the examination and treatment thorough and accurate, but his interaction with my scared son was absolutely amazing!! He even called me personally the next day to follow-up and offered to see him the next few consecutive days in order to monitor his healing eye. I would strongly recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone in the Alabama area!!! I was very fortunate to find him and absolutely grateful for his services!! I can't say thank you enough!!

I have found Dr. Doyle to be a very conscientious and caring eye doctor. I had my six month check-up this week… I was impressed with the number of different eye exams, and testing that were done so that when I saw Dr. Doyle he had the results of about five current tests to give me the present status and treatment of my eyes. Terrible customer service.

I like that the dr was good anuff to my son that he sat right down&wasnt scared.even tho its an eye dr .going to the dr for any child is scarey but this dr had him answering his questions without any problems!id recommend any child !or adult.he was straight with his questions&we were in &out in no time .nice glasses.

My mom and I went in for her cataracts. The ENTIRE staff were very friendly and professional from the beginning first visit, all the way through the surgery, and all follow up appointments. Thank you dr Sinchai for being patient and answering ALL our questions. The staff was very knowledgeable and calm. We appreciated their safety during these COVID times, and they kept their promise to keep us safe and not anxious. They delivered, and the surgery was a success.

I will never use the Walmart Vision center again! The staff was incredibly unhelpful and rude. Part of it is store policy which, while designed to force you to get a new exam regardless if how recently you got one, I don’t hold against the staff at all but their service and attitude leave much to be desired.

My two boys had an appointment for their yearly exam. This was our first time here and it was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating from the moment we entered to the moment we left. The doctor was knowledgeable and professional, he made sure my boys knew exactly what was happening during their exams. The place was clean and the chairs were placed at a safe distance. They had good inventory of glasses to choose from and my son loves his glasses. He can’t wait to wear them. I recommend them. Thank you New England Eye Care.

This was my first time having an appointment with Dr Fullen. He is very professional and personable. He explained the changes in my vision and I never felt rushed. His staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a pleasant experience and I plan to stay on as a patient.
