A patient for over 30 years of a very knowlegable, professional, dedicated specialist..Dr. Everett. I have had some serious eye problems but always felt that I was in the very BEST care with Dr. Everett. I recall on 2 occasions (which were holidays) she met me at ECMC on emergency basis. This Dr. goes above and beyond when it comes to her patients. I owe her so much for always taking care of my eyes. Not to mention her assistant Sylvia is top notch..love her!

What an amazing experience. The service and staff were wonderful. I converted from another optical place and I must say the quality of the frames and lenses are so much better. The dr and staff assured me this would be the case and after picking up my glasses OMG they were so right. I definitely recommend this place just in their patient care alone. Observing they way they dealt with kids and have solutions to all your problems is quite amazing. Book an appointment today!

Have been seeing Dr Gerald & Dr Sheryl for almost 30 years, I wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere. Always professional and caring and they put up with my indecisiveness when it comes to picking out frames!

Poor customer service. After the last patient walked out, nobobdy cleaned the examination chair. They had me come right in. Everyone/ staff is walking around, head down and glued to an iPad/tablet, running into one another. Appointments are always late. My appointment was for 3:25pm, and it's 4:00 pmp and have yet to be seen. Dr. Joos, didn't even care to give me an examination. He looked at my eye, and told me," here's some drops, come back in a few days! Why put yellow drops in my eyes if your not going to even examine it?? However Dr. Monson, my regular doctor, is a very professional opthalmologist! !

Super grateful for the care of Dr Yeroushalmi. He saw me as a new patient on very short notice for a scratched and infected cornea. He was very kind and changed my course of treatment right away and I was able to avoid a trip to the ER. He explained all my options very clearly and is following up with me closely. I will never go to another ophthalmologist!

I recently visited Eye Q Optical with my family and received the best care from Dr. Wafa and her staff. There is a great selection of frames at reasonable prices. I will be back for all my eye care needs. Thank you Dr. Wafa for caring and taking such great care of me and my family members! 👍😀 …
