I recently visited LensCrafters on Bluebonnet and had a fantastic experience. I was initially skeptical about having my eye exam via telehealth, but the entire process turned out to be smooth and convenient. Amber assisted me throughout the appointment and was extremely thorough and professional, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this location for anyone considering a telehealth eye exam.

Dr. Laurie B. Stern is a very caring and qualified Optometrist who goes the extra mile for her patients. She surrounds herself with a very qualified staff who will make sure your every need has been satisfied. Both my wife and I have been going to her for years now and have never been disappointed. I have never recieved such a thorough, comprehensive eye examination and conversation about vision health, vision correction and the examination process as the excellent experience I had with Dr. Starr. The staff are absolutely professional in every respect and helpful in making the entire time as stress-free as humanly possible. If your looking to remove some anxiety over vision-care or just want to come away from your visit much better informed about your vision health and what your options are to address it, then you've finally found the right place. What this doctor has done for me I cannot put into words. If every doctor held the same standards, values and cared about their patients like this doctor does the healthcare system will be a hundred times better. I definitely recommend Alabama Cornea Care for anyone with keratoconus which is what I have or any other issues that you may have.

VERY DISAPOINTED!! Took my son to pick up his glasses. The tech had him try the glasses on for any adjustments. Requested a note for school but because he didn't have an appointment they were not allowed to generate a back to school note. I WASN'T GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT TO BEGIN WITH!! I simply received a text message that my son's glasses were ready. I guess there were no services rendered, huh??? REDICULOUS!!! After seeing doctor Baptiste for years now. YOU JUST LOST 2 PATIENTS!!

Is a wait to get you in. It's been almost two months, and I haven't received a call to pick up my glasses. I called, but it's a voice mail, instead of a receptionist...weird

Bayside Family Eyecare is honestly the best place to go and get yourself some glasses. I have never had glasses nor did I know how to go about and shop/look for a pair. I was greeted by Caryn and she was so helpful. She helped me out with everything from selecting the best pair of frames and making any changes along the way. She was so helpful and made the process so amazing and at ease for me. I got my glasses today and she even helped with last min changes and adjustments to make sure I left happy with my glasses. So don't hesitate when shopping around and looking for glasses because this is definitely the only place you need to go to. I will definitely be returning for any future glasses. I’ve gone to plenty of eye clinics over the years and I am so glad I found LeeVision Family Eye Clinic. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the clinic was. Front staff were friendly and helpful and answered questions I had about my visit. Dr. Lee on the other hand was awesome, the best I’ve met over the years and felt really well taken care of. Dr. Lee explained everything very thoroughly to what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Definitely going back!
