Their indifferent attitude not appreciated

Great location as it's on the Community North campus. Clean and comfortable facilities. Staff is courteous and professional. Eye exam is very comprehensive and Dr. Noreika makes time for every patient to ensure a thorough and accurate diagnosis. Excellent selection of eyewear at various price points.

If you think DMV workers and wait time was the worst, this place tops it at #1, literally. Would give this place negative scores and ask all the workers to re-learn their role along with time-management.

Called to make an eye exam appt, and the person on the other end acted like I called their personal number in the wee hours of the morning, was not friendly at all and I guess shocked that people call clinics to make appts?? Then he said the nearest appt available was in November (it's April). Ended up going to a great small business optometrist down the street 3 days later for half the price.

If you care about your vision don't go here. I have never left a review, I felt responsible to let others know,so they don't experience what I went through.I took a long time to decide whether to share with others about my experience. I can only speak for my experience. They cut the sac of fluid behind my eye while performing cataract surgery. Then they sent me to a retina specialist in Austin to perform surgery on the affected eye. They were awful and it was a horrific experience.. My son and I have been seen at the Stein Center in Calabasas (Dr Velez, Dr Karlin). We were going all the way to Westwood's Stein Eye center before. The doctors at both centers are world-renowned and are the creme de la creme in Opthalmology. I feel fortunate to have them so close to my home now. They are simply the best!

The Doctor there is Excellent.

It was my first time going for an Eye Exam with Dr. Shetty. The front desk staff was prompt and check in was easy since I already prefilled all form online via Connect App. The wait was longer than I expected. I traveled with my husband and child and they waited for about two hours in the car. I was called to have my eyes checked and dilated. After waiting an hour later I was called to a room to see Dr. Shetty. He explained everything in detail and was very professional. I'm due to come back for further testing. Sadly, there is no Optometrist here to write a prescription for glasses. Had I known, I would probably go to the eye glass store first.

I cam.here last year get my son eyes check.got prescription thought coming there would.be able get his glasses here having a hard time getting them why come you can't get your prescription here.
