I've been "seeing" Dr. Kautzman for years. he does a thorough and careful exam, and communicates well throughout the process. Best of all, As my prescription changes, the new lenses always work better! The staff is friendly and helpful. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

The staff of this location in Fairfield are TOP NOTCH!! Every person we interacted with was kind, professional, understanding and helpful. My mom was transported from a nursing home and is wheelchair confined. She was extremely late to the appointment due to transport driver being late to pick her up. They still worked her in and treated her kindly and professionally without rushing her through the process. Several staff and the Doctor were there past closing time too! Then, the transport driver refused to take her home and left my mom stranded. A few of the staff members stayed and called the transport company on our behalf. I cannot express enough our appreciation for all those who interacted with my mom and stayed to fight to get her home. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Interesting entire family comes here for eye care. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and they have lots of options for lenses.

I had keep calling to get refill on medicated eye drops. And every time, they respond back they would "they would leave a message with an assistant." I have to receive a refill. By the way, I called three times.

The Dr's here are absolutely amazing. They truly have your best interest in mind and do their best to put you on the road to recovery while working with your schedule. They truly care about your overall well-being.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Esparaz. She was so thorough with her exam and took time to explain my diagnosis. I felt like I had a good understanding of my condition when I left the office and highly recommend Dr. Esparaz to others looking for an Ophthalmologist who really cares about their patients.

Went in and was out in less than an hour including glaucoma test. The optometrist was very thorough and nice. The front desk tech also answered all my questions and was really nice. I have previously bought my glasses at Cosco Optometry and will continue to do so excellent service.
