Went for an eye exam for my child with my wife. And they only allow 1 parent. They made me wait outside by the homeless camp outside the office.

The facility is always clean. Personnel are always friendly and helpful. And the service is very good. Two thumbs up for me.

I REALLY LIKE THIS OFFICE AND ESPECIALLY DR. HEWITT. THE OFFICE IS SMALL AND THE WAIT IS OFTEN SHORT. I LEFT A PRACTICE BECAUSE OF A 2-3 HOUR WAIT.

Had an eye exam last year for contacts. Was told I would be able to switch to dailies if the two week contacts irritated my eyes. When I did they would not take them back saying there is different gas permiabilities, then told me I needed another eye exam. Take my money and then say they want to take more? I don't think so.
