Terrible place i highly do not recommend. I was having severe eye problems where none of the glasses they would proscribe to me where working, i had massive headaches and deteriorating vision at a rapid pase. What was suppose to be a simple diagnosis for any eye doctor turned into 3 different appointments very very far apart from each other. In every appointment it would be the same result every time. the eye doctor would be VERY impatient (if you had any problem that would take them longer than 5 min to solve they would become angry at you as if you where waisting there time with your eye problems)after 5 Minutes of bearly trying to figure out whats wrong with your eyes they would say "dont know whats wrong with your eyes make another appointment at the front desk maybe next time we can figure it out" and the process would repeat it self. That happened for 3 appointments in a row (6 month period) till i got tired of the doctors not caring and being impatient and i went to a completely different eye doctor and SURPRISE SURPRISE they figured out what my problem was within 5 minutes of my appointment. Conclusion= terrible eye doctors,they are very impatient beacuse of the fact the place is ALWAYS over crowded to the point where there is nowhere to sit,so the eye doctors feel the need to have to rush every appointment as fast as they can to keep up with the amount of people. if this place would scale down on the amount of people they book for appointments a day,they would easily fix this massive problem

My eyes were very complicated, but Dr Kouchouk spent a lot of extra time to check out my eyes and determine the best course. The results have been excellent. I particularly like the personal interest and his enthusiasm.

Rude Doctors. If they were so worried about covid the why didn't they check Temps and give you a sticker? You can still get sick with masks too.

Dr Lukash was terrific! Compassionate, thorough, and friendly. Very happy with the outcome of my procedure! Highly recommend!

Dr. Futterman is brilliant and approachable. He has an efficient staff and an excellent practice.

Find it so funny how this place has only 1 review?? Its because they keep getting them erased. This place has the rudest front desk staff EVER!! Both locations are terrible. They have billed on charges my insurance has paid. They wont book out so they book you every 4 months for an apt that should be yearly and then they only book out 6 months so you cant make a yearly apt!! Chk out how many BBB complaints they have - Its crazy Love my DR but someone needs to explain what customer service is to these ladies -

I’ve seen some reviews saying that Dr Stein was less than pleasant, but while I wouldn’t say he is overly warm and fuzzy, he was perfectly fine and thorough in explaining what was needed and what the options were. The wait at the surgical center was longer than desirable, but not awful. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a mixup with second surgery where the fact that I was having the laser surgery was overlooked, but that was easily cleared up. The surgeries themselves were super fast and not at all uncomfortable. The results, so far have been amazing. I had no idea how poor my distance vision had been, and the clarity and contrast after the surgeries is, right now, nothing short of unbelievable. Though i chose the standard distance lens, my astigmatism was also addressed in the surgery, and my reading -distance vision seems quite improved as well. I’m very happy with the results so far.

This was our first time visiting the office and was thoroughly impressed. They were very patient with my 7 year old, which is rare when the office isn't specifically tailored for pediatrics. Everyone from the assistant to x-ray technician to Dr were very pleasant and super thorough. My daughter was scared, anxious and nervous all at the same time and they showed empathy and compassion. When feasible, they allowed me to hold her when administering certain steps in the exam process. We were there for almost 3 hours so they could get to the bottom of the vision issues. It wasn't a quick look and then on to the next patient. They took the time to answer our questions and didn't make me feel stupid for asking. I highly recommend Dr. Noreika.

The doctors and staff are professional and friendly, attentive and compassionate. Wait time is very reasonable. I'm usually in and out within an hour.

Not happy with Jensen Eye Associates. They have called and canceled my mom’s appointment 3 months in a row. She needs eye care and that is where she has gone. 3 days before appointment every month they cancel saying the Dr is out of town. I …
