I saw Dr. Rocha. She and her fellows were excellent. I have followed there for years and remain quite pleased with the care received.

Eye doctor was great the office help was rude they never said to bring a mask when they called for appointment.

I was initially seen at my appointment time. Then I waited around for an hour to have pictures of my eye taken. Then another hour to see a fellow, and another half hour to see the doctor. Other than what seemed to be excessive wait times due to poor scheduling, I was very happy with the clinic.

Finally figured out my vision issues. Making an appointment was easy and ordering glasses was easy. Exactly what I expect from an eye clinic.

This might be a great place but I’ll never find out because the woman that answered for scheduling was VERY rude!

My experience at this place was excellent. I had gotten my glasses elsewhere and was having trouble seeing far away, and I was starting to worry that it might be something related to my health. I called, and a very kind woman answered and gave me an appointment right away. I went, and the optometrist, who is also a very pleasant person, saw me. He explained that the glasses were poorly made, and after a thorough eye exam, he told me I didn't have any major problems. I explained that I needed my glasses for driving, that it was urgent, and to my surprise, they were ready the next day. Everyone who helped me did so with a smile. My glasses have given me peace of mind again because I can see well at a distance, and I have absolutely no complaints about this place. Yesterday, I took my children to get their glasses made too, and the process was just as good as the first time. 5 stars for this optician, and I highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't like waiting in long lines or who is looking for good service for something they're paying for.

I was referred to the OD by a friend but i would not recommend this place after my visit. I agree with many of the reviews that the OD was ok but the office staff and manager were unfriendly and did not care for my business. There was only one young office staff who was patient and gentle but she was quickly replaced by another staff who was the complete opposite. She was rough and impatient while assisting with retinal imaging. I complained to the OD about the staff’s roughness right away but didn’t get any feedback. I was told each appointment was 30 minutes long but both the OD and the office staff were in a rush to finish my kids and my appointments off. The unfriendly and impatient staff and I had a couple of disputes in the office. The office manager resolved the issues with a remark, it was pointless and waste of energy to continue our conversation while there were many other patients waiting.
