BEST office I've been to in a long time. The whole staff is so friendly and helpful from the first phone call to the check out. Incredible with insurance requirements. I saw Dr. Kenney who is very thorough and I felt comfortable she was covering everything that needed to be covered. Every person I interacted with was just great. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic practice from top to bottom that I highly recommend to anyone. The check in process is very smooth, the staff are all friendly and accommodating, and the office layout is comfortable and well appointed. I saw Dr. Thimons and the care I received from him and his team was stellar. Their attention to detail was superb. Dr. Thimons and his staff carefully listened to all of the issues I was experiencing and quickly and easily ferried me through various tests in a timely but not hurried fashion. It was also wonderful to see what a great mentor/teacher he was and how he involved his staff in the process to help them learn and grow. Great office, great people, and great care. Thank you!

Dr Jacobs is an absolute gem. He takes the time to get to know you and understand what is going on. He works with referring physicians to ensure your health is a priority. I am so grateful to have him on my side while navigating a new diagnosis. He is a great physician and I wouldn’t trust my eye care to anyone else. I highly recommend him and his awesome staff.

Can’t get a scheduler to call back. Have tried for a week! Must call the main scheduler line and then they send an email to that office to request the scheduler call to make an appointment. Called everyday for a week. Can’t get on the schedule…. Really messed up ! Needs some better management?

Was just there today and had such a lovely experience. The gal at the front desk who checked me in was so nice and hospitable. Then Maria took me back and did many tests and she was such a sweet and pleasant lady that for a minute I forgot I was even at the doctor. Then Dr. Chow came in to do some final tests and he was without a doubt one of the nicest doctors I have ever met and just such a nice person. He was an absolute pleasure and even asked me if I had any questions. Lovely place I’d give six stars if I could!

Not recommending this place at all, even a one star is too much for them. Rude staff and doctor. Instead of examining your eyes, they start verbal herrasment and such a racistic behavior. Waisting patient's time. Doctor does not care about your eyes and problem at all. PLEASE, FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!
