Very pleasant and friendly staff starting with my visit visit and through my first procedure. Answered all my questions and concerns, took the time to make sure that I understood the procedure and follow up care. I seen immediate results and improvement daily! Anxiously waiting for my second procedure in a couple of weeks.

Great staff and Provider.

I see specialist Dr. Ebrahimi, who is excellent! Not only does she explain everything so you understand, Dr. Ebrahimi is friendly and you never feel rushed with her. Her staff is just as friendly However, the front desk scheduling staff needs to pay attention to what they are doing. I was supposed to return for laser August 30, after not getting my reminder call the day before I called them and was informed that my surgery was scheduled for September 12 at 9:30 AM. Today I drove 1 1/2 hours to Fargo for my appointment to be told that I wasn’t on the calendar. That I apparently had canceled on September 6. Which was untrue. I pulled out the paper for the young lady behind the desk and gave it to her. And she said oh you’re not on the calendar because the doctor is not in today it was a last minute change in scheduling. I asked her how come I was not called to Be told of the cancellation that I had just driven one and a half hours. She just shrugged her shoulders and said oops sorry when do you want to come in. then she asked me if I wanted to cancel my next appointment which is scheduled for some thing else. It was the same young lady that had scheduled me for August 30 and apparently didn’t put it in the books. Truly disappointed in having to travel an hour and a half for an appointment that did not happen and to inconvenience someone to be my designated driver after my surgery Let’s hope that my next appointment goes well

Similar experience of excessive delays, and I am also concerned about unnecessary services / billing. I have just recently had a complete eye exam by an MUSC ophthalmologist, and was referred for refraction only. I was on time for my 10AM appointment, but didn't get to leave until almost 1 PM.

The staff and doctors at Clear Vision Center are amazing. Dr. Bloom and Dr. Heitmeier are always great with my 3 children. When it's time to pick out glasses, they're always nice and helpful.

My doctor was awesome! The front desk tho, leaves a lot to be desired! I am unable to wear a mask, so was not allowed to even LOOK at new frames, was ushered to a room, and the door shut until my appointment, when I was escorted to my exam room. There ARE exemptions, and it was not right, to treat me like a leper, because I am unable to wear a mask!

Be well informed here. They neglected to mention that although I was able to be seen for my 6 month Diabetes Exam I could not get Glasses there with my Insurance. Very frustrating! They should tell you that ahead of time!

I really appreciate Nariney. She was so kind and helpful the patient before. Then she is attentive. Pay close attention and listened well. Older people need this kind of care. Dr Kouchouk always been kind and helpful. He alway ask how I am doing. He spend time with me, but I think he does that with all his patients. I really appreciate a good doctor. He was very good training skills for his new intern. He teaching skills in help her to learn thing that he experience in his profession.
