Loved it here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is amazing

I have been seeing Dr Jackson for 16 years. Over the years I have noted that Dr Jackson always gives me exactly what I say I want. He listens. He is also the best refractionist on the planet!

Very friendly and helpful. All of the staff were caring. Highly recommended.

I was recently in Las Vegas and my glasses that I use for work were broken. I searched for optometrists in the area and many were closed. I actually walked into Eleven Optometry off the street and was so happy I did. The manager of the shop was able to fix my glasses while I ate in a nearby restaurant. Outstanding service from a friendly staff will always have me coming back here for any future repair or optometrist needs.

I can’t say enough about the tremendous service and treatment received from Dr. Charlie Schlecte, III. After suffering with cataracts for too long, I can now see clearly again! Dr. Schlecte was very caring, always courteous, answered all my questions, and made me very comfortable with the process. I highly recommend him and am so glad I found him. And, thanks to his nurse, Linda, for her attention, as well.

Great staff! The place definitely gets busy and a bit hectic at times but the staff handles it really well. Needed to see a doctor asap, they asked a bunch of questions about my elements, determined who on staff I needed to see. Had to wait awhile once I got there but got the care I needed and most important got in same day.

Staff felt like family, and my satisfaction was their top priority. Offered so many different pairs of glasses that I have not seen anywhere else. Will happily return

The woman that answers the phone is very rude and disrespectful. Hangs up in people's face . Idk who this ladie thinks she is. Mighty brave over a phone. But how I was treated is unacceptable. And for the disrespect I will not do business or suggest this business to NO ONE! THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE !!!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 100% THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!! NO GOOD. THAT WOMAN NEEDS TO LOSE HER JOB.

What a joke this place has been. If your smart don't book an appointment online. I have twice and twice they have called less than 2 days before the appointment and claimed a computer glitch. First time they wasn't going to have a doctor and the 2nd time they claimed there was a duplicate appointment. Both times I booked the appointment well in advance so not like u made the appointment the week of. Time for a change to a professional organized optometrist.

First they couldn’t fill the prescription on one set of bifocals and I was going to have to call my eye doctor and change the prescription. Then I chose frames for a second set of bifocals (different prescription). Two different people told me over and over how THICK my lenses were going to be even after I said I still wanted the glasses. It was the only set of frames I liked and they just kept saying how much thicker my lenses were going to be. Finally I just became exasperated and left. Way too much hassle.
