My husband was scheduled for an eye procedure this morning at 9:30am. We are about a hour drive away from here so we got up early so we could make it on time and we did. However after we checked in at 9:30am we waited in the waiting room for three hours. Now my husband is waiting in a room for the Doctor he has been waiting for about an hour. I have been in the waiting room watching others walk in and out while we are still waiting!!! I have medical issues myself and it is extremely difficult for me to be out and to keep a mask on. I have asthma and wearing a mask even for a short time is difficult let alone having it on for four hours!! Absolutely disgusted by the poor treatment of patients and the lack of respect for them and their families.!! I highly recommend you find a different specialist then this place!! Unless you don’t mind spending your whole day in a waiting room.......

Not sure why all the negative reviews, but I've been going to this office for almost two years now and the Dr's, and staff are great.

Had not been to eye doctor in decades. I was referred to NE Eye Center by my primary doctor to treat a severe stye. Met with Dr Ko and could not have been more pleased. She was very personable, informative, gave me a few choices of treatment and was on time actually saw me earlier than scheduled appointment. I actually left feeling I would like weekly eye appointment! I could not recommend any higher they are 11 out of 10 rating!

Dr.Tsai was a pleasure to have examine my complicated eyes. He is excellent at his discipline, explains the process and results well, and has good people skills. He's my go-to eye guy!

My son got fantastic treatment here. I am blessed with 20 20 vision so I didn’t need any service 🙂. I have had the pleasure of getting to know these amazing folks for a while and they have treated my family and myself like gold. I am blessed to know them. Go and give them a shot. …

My husband's appt was 1 hour and 15 minutes ago and we still have not seen the doctor. I took time off from work to be here on time.

Best eye doctors ever. I have never, in 30 years found anyone who has made my vision so great and uncomplicated.

I have yearly exams at this office. The staff has always been great. But on this visit the front desk ladies were great and the back staff was amazing. They made me feel relaxed, since I tend to stress out when people are in my space. I would highly recommend this office. The Dr. was exceptional nice and friendly. Thank You for your smiling eyes.

This is the worst eye doctor I have ever been to. My mom had an appointment for 12:45. They skipped over us and called someone who had an appointment after us and we didn't get called to the back until 1:26. Had I not said anything to the …

Always a great experience. Dr. Byrd is a true professional and fantastic. Optical Center staff are always helpful and great to work with!
