Worst place ever got glasses from in 20 years of wearing glasses. My Opthamologist checked prescription and both pairs were totally incorrect. Not only were they wrong but consistently promising and not delivering. After setting a appointment to pick up glassesOwner went so far as after setting a appointment to pick up glasses owner called to say daughter in accident and at ER. Since she kept giving me excuses I was Leary of her excuse so went to store within 30 minutes to see if there, and yes she was working, Went to door and she had the nerve to say her daughter had died. Yet she stayed at store and dispersed glasses to other customers. I truly could not imagine that someone could lie about something like that. Wanted my frame and cancel order, she said did not have because she had just sent back to lab?? Yet next morning she called to say could come get. (Shipping wise no way for turn around time) Now since my Dr checked prescription I find out the Sunglasses I paid cash for are not correct prescription. Run don’t walk away from this business. I was so appalled by her wanting to push blame to me saying I wasn’t nice, while I did get frustrated after numerous promises broke, I never raised my voice or become belligerent! I’m sure some frustration was evident but rightly so after many promises not kept.Still need to go back regarding sunglasses but will take husband with.

You aren't told ahead of time, but if you are more than 10 minutes late you won't be seen. One time they worked me in because I got lost, and ordered me 2 new pair of glasses I couldn't even see out of. After we went a round or two, they ordered me new glasses that fit. They changed locations and of course I was late, and of course they wouldn't see me. I had had enough and so yesterday I just walked out. The girls out front treat you like dirt.

I need the best quality possiblie in lenses and frames as well as with the professionals that work out my difficulties for my prescription. Casey Eye Optical is THE BEST! Until my disease I had no idea that there was such a vast difference in lenses and in the qualifications and training required of their professionals so they can accurately meet the sometimes minute prescription details.
