I’ll start by saying that David and Dr. Dolan are fantastic! The eye exam that Dr. Dolan gives is thorough and David is very kind and helpful. David will make sure you get a pair of glasses that you love and he’s very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to any questions you might have. They have a pretty good selection of name-brand eyeglasses and will take most insurance. Definitely check them out!

This is honestly the only doctor's appointment I look forward to! Everyone who works here is lovely, and Dr. Ong is so nice and explains everything so well and thoroughly that by the end I feel like I might enjoy becoming an optometrist someday. There's also ample parking and it's easy to find!

Wish the option of -2 stars was available. Took an entire 2 years to receive my contacts...several visits, hours on hold, paid in 2017 for contacts received in 2019...only to receive a PAST DUE bill a month later for the same contacts. Hours on hold again, billing issue still unresolved. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Would never recommend or would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. Unorganized pure chaos and confusion.

Overall odd and disappointing experience and would not recommend if you have a minor child getting fitted for contacts. The parents were not allowed in the exam (covid) and we had lots of questions that went unanswered. The doctor came out and walked around us and put a prescription on the front desk and left. Not a word spoken to us and did not offer to answer questions on brands or daily wear vs long term wear, etc. The front desk clerk did not know how to fit someone for contacts and just kept apologizing as we had to teach our child how to insert the contacts. Just a weird experience and would not recommend.
