Dr Martel himself was wonderful—I saw him in Rancho Cordova—and is the only reason I went here. I find most (but not all) of his staff at various locations to be incompetent and unprofessional, unfortunately. I showed up for my 11am appt here and was told there were “two people ahead of me.” Another person was taken back after I’d been there 20 minutes. I finally left at 11:30 because I could see it would be at least 45 min before I even got back to see Dr Rogers. The office is shoddy and poorly run, as well as technologically archaic. I’m looking for another facility.

I've had the opportunity to visit three centers, and the medical staff is outstanding. The medical assistants and technicians are also highly professional. I appreciate the care I received and my satisfactory progress. I rate them an 11.

Called this morning due to an eye issue over the weekend and they got me in today!!! Very nice facility, extremely caring and helpful staff as well. Dr. Jacobs was very kind, thorough and explained everything to me in a way I could understand! Very pleased with entire visit!!

Dr. Solan is very professional and thorough, listens to any concerns you might have, and is genuine. The office is always clean and organized and the staff is very helpful.
